Author has written 15 stories for Naruto, Harry Potter, Stargate: SG-1, Warhammer, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Avengers, Stargate: Atlantis, X-Men: Evolution, and Dresden Files. Who I am? I'm Polish male heterosexual teen in his late teens, old enough to be in his last year of high school with university and exams looming over the horizon. So if I drop for some time it's mostly school and the amount of work I need to get done for it. Since I'm Polish don't expect perfect grammar or word choice from me. I'm not native speaker of this language and it is sometimes stupid in how crazy its rules are to understand. So if you expect a perfect grammar you ended in a wrong place. However I can assure you that it will be at least passable and it should be an enjoyable read. Why do I write? I'm writing to have fun and relax, as well as to improve my English and writing skills. As well as to get away from my life when I want to forget most of it or a better chunk of it. What is my style of writing? I love to put plots inside of plots and schemes inside of schemes, so if you see something that looks obvious, it most likely is just a surface of the true plot that lurks somewhere beneath it. Also I hate situations when some characters are simply invincible, they need to have either a weak spot or some flaw or there must be something with a bigger gun than they have. I don't have a single issue with bringing sensitive topics into the story, so you will see minorities and other themes that can be treated as sensitive or uncomfortable for some. They won't be the main theme of the story, but more along the lines of being mentioned by one of more important characters that exist in one of my stories. Also probably the most important idea that I have when writing any story - there is no person that is 100% pure or 100% evil, everybody has some flaws, either major or minor ones. It will be either shown in their thoughts or more often in actions, so you won't see a person that will only do good things. Even if someone is kind and gentle, when pushed he will lash out violently at his surroundings, that's in our nature and nothing will change it. Realism in my stories, that is a questionable thing as most of fandoms that I write for are in somewhat fantastic worlds, but I will try to stay as close to the reality as possible as I hate when there are characters that can kill several hundred people and after that go to sleep as if they just polished their sword. Or my favorite example, mage or wizard or however else you want to name him that without any consequences wipes out whole army that numbers thousands. I don't mind powerful or even extremely powerful characters, but give them some limits as they must have some. Stories that I work on at the moment? Prince of Asgard - this is probably my most important story and I enjoy writing new chapters for it. It's Harry Potter mixed with Marvelverse, but I also draw on various myths and even theology when creating some characters or weapons for it. How far from canon it goes? Sometimes very far and sometimes it's stay close. It is also much let's say grimmer world than it was either in Harry Potter or early X-Men, chance that someone gets injured and quite severely at that during skirmish or battle is rather high. It's probably my best story and it is far from getting completed. There are no borders that I won't punch and there is no sacred thing that I won't touch. Children of Wand and Atom - my second most important story, gets update on semi regular basis, X-Men Evolution and Harry Potter crossover, starts after CoS for Harry Potter and it is used as a point of reference for all of other dates. Grim, dark and bloody as all of my other stories, but there is a bigger amount of bright things. Everything else is on HIATUS until further announcements. |
