Ilvermorny school of witchcraft and wizardry. This is what I wanted to add to the other part of my comment but got posted before I could finish.

I read the rewrite first then the Original of the Story and the Thirteenth Chapter which is the start of the rewrite with differences between each of the beginning firsts. With some being the same.

Anyway when it comes to the bad guys many will never reform or see what they have done wrong and not see what is wrong with their views towards a proper life and way of living with others of the human species/race and all the native lifeforms of Earth. Or who took Asylum refuge on Earth because of what happened to their homeworlds.

As for the Wizarding World, they have proven they are not capable of ruling over themselves and there is too much corruption not that the mundane non-magical doesn't have that either. And because of the Magical world has been living in isolation and xenophobic in many cases. They need to be forced to integrate. And all Magicals forced back to school and re-educated that means adults and minors children. And the various departments within the magical community integrated into the corresponding mundane government agencies. But that is not all the mundane is also being reformed at the same time. Which means S.H.I.E.L.D. is being reformed to and they are part of the U.N. and work with the agencies of the Various nations they go into to deal with the bad guys. And are arrested and put in prison or executed for their crimes because they are murderers and too dangerous and don't acknowledge what they have done wrong and are unrepentant for their actions. Thus will continue to keep doing what they have.

As for Harry what I would like to see is Sirius Black Cleared for what Peter Pettigrew was the real culprit and Lily and James Potters Ghosts testifying to the Facts of that night. Along with Sirius and Peter Giving Testimony under the truth serum known as Veritaserum thus giving the full truthful picture of that night. And as part of that integration of two cultural worlds that this one true serum is used to get to the truth of matters on a global scale helping to eliminate the corruption going on. Innocents wrongly imprisoned released and compensated. And the Guilty sent to prison and if necessary Death Row for their crimes. That also goes for all governments employees and Royals and other Leaders for their crimes and abuses of power. And laws put in place where none exist for dealing with dealing with such matters.

It can even be used to get to the truth of those running for office when it comes to elections to get to the truth eliminating those who are only running for themselves and not caring about the people they are to serve by going for such positions. I know of many who make promises to get elected but have no intention of keeping them in other words they lied.

Plus I would like to see the Dursleys dealt with regards to their abuse of Harry. That includes them losing everything to compensate Harry for it and any amounts of money that were paid for his care but never used on him taken back with interest. They never fed him properly they never gave him his own properly fitting clothes he wore Dudley's oversized cast offs. As some wrote in various other fanfiction they most likely used the money on Dudley and themselves believing they had the right to especially if you take I to account they were not needing to provide receipts to prove they were using the money on Harry. And in many stories, they never even took him to a Doctor when he needed one. For which the money for Harry's Care could have helped pay for including buying Health insurance in the British National Healthcare system Which is a single-payer system. For which a portion of their taxes goes into for themselves. Plus whatever Doctors they may see for themselves they most likely never listen considering how overweight and obese Vernon and Dudley are. And according to Canon Petunia is underweight. But yet still eats better than Harry does. Plus Dumbledore still needs to be punished for placing Harry there and not listening to Minerva about them. And the Fact he is so damn blind he can't see the truth in many people thinking they can all be reformed. Which is not true. Even though not mentioned in canon but those who know how to read between the lines and pay attention to what had happened can see that The Dursleys are greedy on top of being full of hate towards those who are different and don't meet their idea of normal. And how they would if they could they would have every single Magic-user and magical being/creature killed and if you take into account Marvel and DC Comics they would have every mutant, meta-human, enhanced superhuman and Alien killed. In some fictions, they have even shown the Dursleys having contempt towards authority such as the Royal Family and the Prime Minister and Law Enforcement.

Do in a lot of aspects Dumbledore is an accessory to the Dursleys abuse, after all, he didn't pay attention to Harry's pleas to stay at the school over the summer or even pay attention to how small and underweight is f
