why both Sasuke and Naruto are back in time?

Some parts of the plot are interesting, some are just outrageous. Everyone definitely seems to be quite OOC, and it seems like Naruto and Sasuke are just running the world, especially since they revealed the time travel aspect so early. Some things also do not make sense, like the whole Sasuke getting Obito's eye thing, when Sasuke has his own and will eventually activate rinnegan. I'm also not sure that he would be able to activate MS in his 13 year old body - I would assume it's body specific rather than... soul specific. Overall, I would imagine Sasuke to be a bit more mature and rounded, but he seems to be quite impulsive with his killing and rage, almost to the point where it seems like Sasuke will become evil anyway again and Naruto and Sakura will have to chase him down. I hope that is not the route you want to take. I thought his interactions with Sakura in the beginning had definitely reached character bashing territory, but I do like their later interactions. He seems the most adult Sasuke-like with her.

Naruto is overly mature and bland with his preachiness in the beginning. I know that's kind of how he is in Boruto but I think he would have the sense to retain some of his 13 year old traits. It's interesting how Naruto does not similarly treat Hinata as his wife though... I wonder if it will change, considering he was the one who kept pushing Sasuke to be nicer to Sakura.

Also, the ages are wrong. Sasuke and Sakura were not married at 17. They married after Naruto and Hinata and they had children around the same time, so they would have gotten married around 19-20.

And me who was happy he was about to quit Hinata... Still, I'm not too sure I like Sasuke getting Obito's eye.

So Hinata did have real talent, she was held back by her father. Sigh...

So Sasuke is going to exchange one of his eyes with Kakashi. Why? Did he lost the Eien no Mangekyou Sharingan and is trying to get it back or is he just kind to Kakashi by giving him a Sharingan more adapted to him?

Honestly I'm completely disappointed they told them the truth. It kills all the fun.

Ahah, Sasuke is pushing Sakura to improve herself that straightforwardly, I'm shocked.

But yeah, it does look a lot like "I am not going through puberty again!" by evilfuzzy.

Poor Hinata, Hiashi's actions and thoughts are really unwaranted.

Ahah, Kurama was so fun reading at. The poor thing, he really had a hard time huh.

I knew it, Sasuke was from the future, there was no other possibility.

Well, I'm not sure how this will turn out, wether it will become serious or comic, but I like this beginning.

So, overall I'm a fan of what you've done here as far as making a unique story when it comes to time travel. It isn'tt just your basic time travel fic where Naruto dies and then gets sent back for a do over. The way you've approached it, he'd already won and was living happily, and then he gets sent back and has to come to terms with the fact everything he knows might not happen anymore. It makes for a very interesting read, especially with him slowly discovering things to fix.

The concept is enhanced by your excellent technical skills. The grammar and structure is on point, although you could do better when it comes to descriptive language. You're very good at appealing to sight, but it would be even better if you appealed to the other senses more.

There's really only one thing I didn't really like as far as plot elements went. I'll admit, it's mostly a personal taste issue. It was so refreshing to see this take on Naruto, because you avoided a lot of the very tired Naruto fanfiction cliches and plot devices. For the most part you seem to stick to the cannon history with a few tweaks thrown in.

That's why it was disappointing for me that Sakura's parents were civilians and didn't have a shinobi background. Though this is mostly because of Mebuki's attitude towards Naruto. To me, it almost seems like the only reason you went with her and Hizashi being civilian is to explain this dislike. I don't have an issue with her being wary of him and thinking that Kurama might have "taken him over". That's understandable, and we've seen in cannon that several shinobi thought that way. What's disappointing to me about that is it hits too close to the fanfiction bashing trope of her being a member of the civilian council, etc. I'm not saying that's what you're going for or she's anywhere near as bad as those caricatures. More it just feels a little too similar. And that is disappointing because whether consciously or not this story really subverts a lot of tired and annoying tropes of this fandoms fanfiction, which is really interesting. So for there to be that element that's similar to one of those tropes is disconcerting.

Anyways, I like the story and I'm going to continue on reading to catch up. I just wanted to leave little critique first. Obviously what's done is done, and I also have faith you plan to resolve that Mebuki plotline eventually when the time comes and she won't be quite so shallow and judgemental of Naruto. The work so far gives me faith in that, because you don't seem to the type to make a character unpleasant for no reason, but rather, the type that likes to explore a characters growth.

Cool update i was kinda hopin naruto wouldnt give up hope returning home he did promise. Also with them being older i really hope they not doing the whole wait for maturity thing, i agree more with naruto that he doesnt love this hinata all for them being friends but that isnt his wife and hes a man in his 30s not saying he cant love anyone he useto know i would just say they should be much older than any of the rookie 9 i would suggest someone like mei, shizune, Tsunade (iffy on her cause dont want my mans jiraiya gettin cucked) makes more sense even if they're in a 12 year old body or since it was already in the story when naruto had that dream/memory of his promise, have naruto not give up his promise getting back to his timeline where his Wife Hinata is at with his kids.
