Excellent work here! It’s rare to see a Crossover well written AND well crafted in ensuring a cohesive plot. For a story started in 2014, it’s also impressive that it is still being worked on. Too many times have authors abandoned great works never to be finished.

A few thoughts come to mind:
I find it odd that their seems to be a lack of feed back from the majority of other Hunter teams in regards to Kad’s involvement with Cinder. We do see how RWBY, JPRN, SSSN, and CNRD respond but not the thousands(?) of other teams, and it comes off as strange that the majority continue following Kad without having their thoughts explicitly written for the audience.
I anticipate seeing more of Raven’s “second semblance” in use. So far, her power comes off as a single-use plot device when she shared memories with Yang. The story has yet to be finished, so this isn’t too much of a problem.

I look forward to seeing more chapters in the near future!

Huh, is Kad supposed to be the second Primarch? If so, well I think I remember that whatever happened to them had something to do with time travel shenanigans, or at least one of lost Primarch, I know at least the second legion got wiped out during the rangdan xenocide, something to do mind controlling xenos I believe. Either way, is it possible Kad is somehow getting information from the future?

Please tell me that becomes the name of his legion

I enjoyed this story. It has a few gramatical hiccups, and some problems with punctuation, but the story overall is great, and I look forward to reading new chapters.

However, I have a question.
How far are you planning the story to go?
Up to the horus heresy, or even until the 41st milenium? Perhaps just leave it during the great crusade?

Well they won the Vale war, but now it seems all the Grimm have gotten their shit together and are ready to show who is the apex predator of Remant.
Kad seems to have a sizable force behind him, and if they use some superior military strategies and crystal powers all the better. Let us see if there will or will not victory in strength. If things go to hell and Kad is against unbeatable odds, we can reasonably expect Emperor to teleport his son to safety and leave his buddies to die; there is a precedence case. It probably will not come to that, but Kad is himself is not in too great of a danger.

I just want to say as i saw a few reviews about "Primarch not being strong enough to this and that blah blah blah" from 40k fans well,if you read the story properly then you'll find out that Cinder celebrates Kad's 1st anniversary of being found so presume he is not that old(1 year and a half lets say) and primarchs grow extremely fast and bulky and he is only getting stronger then it's fair to assume him still growing in strength,just wanted to point that out!

Great story for a lost primarch on another world I think what everyone in the comments below can agree on is how the people of remnant will react to the arrival of the emperor along with the primarchs found so far

Excellent chapter!

I especially liked the scene at the fountain. It shows that Kad is becoming the Primarch he is meant to be. Only one of the Emperor's sons could have inspired such loyalty from both friends and former enemies. I really hope all of them will survive this mission and be able to stand right beside Kad when the Emperor finally reveals himself.
