Chakra paper reation to someone who has all affinity is either showy as it get all the reations or look like a dud as no element top the others. Or a mix of both Naruto pump chakra in it, it does not react but is charged, someone else test the paper it overreact spectacularly. Burn like a unholy mix of thermite and rocket fuel, flood the area, generate a blade of wind scaring the ground, make every tree around fall to dust, make everyone's hair stand on end and create an aurora by ionising the air.
