Leaf - Perhaps Yakumo, if you ever help her out, she would be a great allie
Mist - Depends if you wish to have an O.C. with a bloodline from said village or turn Haku Female
Sand - While Temari has Promise, Pakura would be just a year or two older thanNaruto and if met early or somehow saved with betrayed would be a Great allie, and Pakura is also a rare pairing.
Sound - Karin, I guess her cannon personality would make her useless but this is FF and you can do what you want, Guren has promise, and then there is Isaribi and Kin who you modify them well, Tayuya I just can't see it without changing so completely, and frankly she is one of the over done partners.
Random - Depends really, Koyuki if you do the Snow Arc, would be great even if it would just be Potlics and has some promise.
Kaguya - If this one occurs, I would like to see how works out and I'm curious where you would take it.

Over all, Great story, since I just found it, I love each chapter I read and I look forward to more.

This is a good fic. It has great detail... maybe too much detail, like the academy class rooms and lessons. That was too much. Also it seems you are bringing Naruto on much darker path than necessary, I mean the rebels fighting the Mizukage could actually become allies as they were essentially betrayed as well. I'm sure you are going for a clan rebirth as title says but, don't you think having allies in the mist which is a neighbouring village could help the Uzumaki.
Any way keep up the good work, love fact that you kept Kushina alive. But things might get s little complicated once he gets older... I mean privacy sort of... would be even better if you could bring her back... her soul is intact so it's completely possible through some Forbidden Fuinjutsu .

The story is really good and I enjoy the carefully and silent plotting redheaded Naruto it is an interesting concept. While I do like Ino and it would be interesting if she went rogue with Naruto but could also rat Naruto out to the Hokage if she truly doesn't care for him or is brainwashed by someone to get rid of Naruto if poses a threat. Ayame while she is a cook and does like Naruto it is unknown what she would do if Naruto left Konoha. If she can be trusted while she probably couldn't be together with Naruto she make for a good spy for Naruto's spy network because no would expect a Ramen chief to be a spy. While Karin is a good choice also she have to find out if Naruto is an Uzumaki or not before she can make a decision. What about Tayuya from the sound four she would a interesting companion for Naruto and Naruto could figure a way out to get rid of her cuse seal for her. Kushina would actually be an interesting choice while yes she is his mother she has known Naruto longer but since she isn't physically there with him she has been more like a teacher to him while showing motherly habits. Setsuko Uchiha if it came down to it Naruto could probably save her by taking her with him if the Uchiha compound does fall by either Danzo or Oruchimaru. Naruto sees her like a little sister anyway I am sure he want his little sister to survive he would with Mikoto's permission take some Uchiha family jutsu scrolls and whatever else he needs to know about the Uchiha and I sure Sasuke would let Naruto take his little cousin to keep her sa few should anything happen to Sasuke or his family. Naruto should get stronger and keep up with his businesses before he even atempts to leave Konaha for good and head to Uziogakure to live. Temari would be a good choice also for Naruto but he would have to spend more time withan her before any relationship could happen between which either being during the chuninsured exams or after before Naruto leaves Konoha for good or goes to get Tsunade to become Hokage in Konoha. Anyway your story is really great and I look forward to more of it.
