I can’t really stand this story because it seems like you didn’t really put much thought into the characters. When Naruto found out about his parents, you would assume that he would talk to Hiruzen about it and get mad no just run away. Another is when they were searching for him, they couldn’t find one kid when they are ANBU, the Hokage didn’t look for Naruto himself even though he did in canon that one time, and if they were really looking then they would’ve used tracker specialists to find him. I can not fathom why some Authors don’t put more thought when they are starting a story.

I would just like to say that ANBU would be able to find him easily, it doesn’t matter if he has the sealing chains, he was a kid and one that doesn’t have crazy amount of stealth.

I squealed this needs an update. It’s got an amazing storyline and shows just how powerful and deadly the chakra chains are and red head Naruto! Well actually in the beginning he was still belong with red highlights so he’d be a strawberry blonde if you think about it.

I think you have it backwards on the theoretical and practical knowledge. To me the practical knowledge would be far ahead of the theoretical as Naruto can figure out the problem instinctually but can't understand or at least show how he does it which would show that the theoretical part isn't something he understands

sad to see this story abandoned, it was quite interesting and has some unique elements I wish were more common

ugh, this Sasuke bashing is DESTROYING the story, you want to bash him ok fine but to mess with a story with so much potential doing so is horrible... ugh, I'm out, the story was so good *sigh*

I can’t keep reading this when the powers are so inconsistent... Naruto took out a jōnin with ZERO training at five years old, but now he’s faster, stronger and more skilled he’s still nothing spectacular beyond his speed, which apparently only ever means anything when he’s dragging an ally out of danger. He could’ve VERY easily killed this trident wielder in seconds, but for whatever reason he’s not as fast anymore. Also.. you said the trident guy is at best a low jōnin in terms of skill, relying on his trident. I don’t care how good his weapon is, Kakashi should be good enough to take him out without even getting nicked by the trident, making it redundant.

You can’t make characters overpowered against one opponent and then make them struggle against the next who is undeniably weaker, all for the sake of suspense. Hinata, Naruto and Sasuke for instance. I mentioned it in another comment, but when Hinata and Naruto spar there is no bloody way Hinata could win. She would lose against Sasuke, who Naruto easily beat without using his chains.. yet you want us to think she could beat Naruto while he used his chains? Utter shit.

... I get you’re trying to make Hinata seem more badass than she is, but if her without the weights struggled against one opponent with a sword, the origin of attack never changing and there being actual tells before the attacks, it makes no bloody sense that she’s able to easily weave through three seemingly independent chains that have no tells, WHILST wearing weights. You’ve made both of their skill levels inconsistent.
