Calling it quits. Started off pretty decent but falls flat pretty quickly. It's not hard to see why this fic was never finished.

While this Naruto is a bit OOC, that was just blatantly OOC for this Naruto. It feels so out of place and thrown in.

This wedding contract scares me. It will ruins this if it means what I think it means.

Yeah, no. I can't stomach this Naruto. Unlike other story's that can get away with it, this story concept does not lend itself to the Naruto you've written. Deuces.

Something that always sits in the back of my mind when I read happy and full of bubbly good intent Naruto stories is that Naruto's friendship is an incredibly cheap thing. It's given easily and without thought, always. This quite frankly makes it hard to see him, regardless of his age, as mature or an adult. Even here in your fanfic for example he doesn't 'feel' like a man, rather he still feels like the mc of a coming of age story. In fact your story lets this negative aspect run proud, having Naruto instantly say he'd make their dreams come true if they helped make his come true too. By having him not mention the second real test they'd have to overcome to become genin. By having him say such a childish introduction, and many other similarly small details. Idk, this is not the "Naruto Sensei" I wanted :/

I adore this fic! thankyou for posting. Also old school Naruto FTW. So glad you didn't go back and edit in the bullshit details about the fourth war arc and obitobi and kaguya and the rest like some authors. This fic is great.
