Hey, I like this fic, I really do, so I want you to take this as the constructive criticism I want it to be.
There are 3 characters that you have portrayed very oddly. I'm talking about Kakashi, Sasuke and Ino. You have wrote a lot of possible turning points for this characters, and they have not taken any of them at all, this problem is even more pronounced with Ino. She has no excuse to not change his worldview after so many times of it being challenged, and still falls in the same pitfalls. Honestly, at this point, she just seems stupid.
Kakashi and Sasuke are in a different boat that Ino is, but they also look stupid, rather than evil or antagonistic.
I'm not saying that they should be part of the good guys, I'm perfectly fine if they become part of the villains. But make the GROW. Kakashi has very good intentions with his team, but that is everything he has. He says he's gonna change, but I don't see change, for good or bad. He is exactly in the same place he was at the start of this fic, same with Ino, and Sasuke has become more hateful against Naruto, but he still looks stupid while doing it.
