Why would anyone have a problem with annotations? They are infinitely better than providing the information or comment in the middle of the story. If someone does not want to read the annotations there is nothing stopping them from skipping them.

Most Europeans refer to cellphones as mobile phones or simply as a mobile. I have found throughout my travels that only Americans refer to them as cellphones or cellular phones. This was true in the late 90s and early 2000s, I can only assume that it was true in the early 90s..

So you took away the one thing he had even in canon, his super high resistance to allure and all other mind magics right after he proved his superior will by clawing his way back from the afterlife... Harry being a largely obsolete little boy acting more like a guest character and not even a side one seems to be a recurring theme in all of your novels.

It's about "Lucius Malefoy being in the Board of Governors"! I believe that he was removed from it in the end of the second book

Your portrayal of dumbledore is a breath of fresh air, and he's actually human, unlike many caricatures you see in fanfiction.

Good story with a few exceptions. you took away Harry learning the patronus charm during this year. Which was his primary academic achievement during his 3rd year. This also comes back into play during fifth year and the DA.
