You should make the harem only; Satsuki, Hinata and Yakumo. In my opinion even three is too much, it just makes the characters bland that they will except having a relationship with the same man with two other women. The only harem that would probably create the best story is if you made it Izumi and Satsuki with Naruto. Especially when Satsuki finds out about Konohas role in her clan, in the anime we saw how crazy Sasuke got towards his brotherly love.

Looking forward to see the rewrite.

In my opinion Naruto was a bit too ... how to say it ... on a highhorse and to open in this version.
And improved to fast. Beating the top of the class after only two weeks of training was .. meh.
And his relationship to the village was strange.
And quite some spelling mistakes.
The premise was good though.
