Formation of the Asuran Federation: (Read Midnight Lost)

March 2100- The Midnight and its docked ships arrive and due to the excess stress of the travel, it crash lands in one of the twelve planets in the star system, which had a blue sun. They discovered that they somehow landed in a new reality because first they cannot connect with the rest of the Asurans (the subspace link works well beyond multiple galaxies) and that they ran a quantum scan, which revealed it was not their own. Realizing they were on their own, the surviving Asurans decide to begin anew. Activating the Time Dilation Device (TDD), it covers the entire planet and the nearby moon as well. Inside the field, the Asurans begin to construct their new civilization.

June 2100 (Inside TDD= 1, 250 years have passed)- The TDD field drops around the planet and moon, revealing hundreds of ships in orbit and the planet filled with countless city-ships and nature was still left intact in the planet. The planet is named Neo Asuras, an Earth-size and type planet, along with a new name for their government; they called themselves the Asuran Federation (AF). The moon has numerous city-ships on its surface and a large amount of shipyards with ships being made and docked.

The AF begins fortifying their new home system.

Also, Admiral Terrance was promoted to Fleet Admiral, making him in charge of all AF military forces.

September 2100

Three months later, during which all planets and moons in the system had an AF presence in them, since the AF was colonizing the planets without the TDD to takes things slow; a massive energy signature is detected inside the system in the middle of empty space between planets. Two minutes later after the alert went out; a massive station appears there, definitely shocking the AF.

The station that appeared was a massive superstation; it is described as a massive wheel with a series of ten curved arms, bearing similarities to a flower. From the initial scan, it is estimated that it's 500,812 km in length. Also, from the external scans, they were saying there were thousands of ships, in huge shipyards around the station.

After using scanners, it's declared that the station was devoid of lifeforms and that it was habitable. Taking no chances; the AF send military ground forces to it and begun examining the entire place.

After days of scouting, a scout party finds what is believed to be the Control Center for the station. Upon entering, they try accessing the information inside the network. At first, it does not work, but when an organic asuran tries to access the information, it is accessed. At first the language the system used was unrecognizable, but then all of a sudden the system’s language changed to a new one, and this one the AF recognized it as Native American Indian language.

While at first they were shocked that an alien computer had that language but they decided to immediately learn about the new species they encountered, which from the first look at the database, they called themselves Forerunners.

November 2100

After two months of investigating the Forerunner database, the AF had finally translated the language to their own and began to learn all about the Forerunners.

During this city-ships began landing on the station, or what the station is actually called, Ark; and start colonizing it, though only in a small part of the Ark for now. Some Forerunner ships are sent to Neo Asuras and other planets in the system to study them and use them for later just in case.

During this time, the AF finds out, thought the use of terminals, all about the Forerunners, from their rebellion against the Precursors, the Forerunner-Human War, which resulted in the defeat of Humanity and it’s devolution to primitive cavemen; the Forerunner-Flood War (which the AF discovered that the Flood was created by the Precursors as a final revenge against the Forerunners), and finally the activation of the Halo Arrays. The Asurans later discover that the Forerunners left everything they have to humanity, who they decided to call Reclaimers. This explains why only an organic asuran can activate Forerunner tech, their genetic code, even though is modified and created, and it matches that of humanity.

Also the Asurans find that the Ark they are right now was the third of its kind. The difference between this one and the first two ones was that this one was designed to be a mobile one, just in case the first two ones were found. The Ark was known as Installation 000. This Ark was home to what was left of the Forerunners after the Halos were fired. The problem that arose was that apparently when the Ark’s experimental Slipspace drive was activating to return the Ark back to their galaxy, the engine both worked and failed. It worked because the Ark was right back in the Milky Way galaxy (which somewhat pleased the AF because there was now a small possibility that they may find Earth, even if it’s an alternate one), but it failed for two reasons.

The first one being that the engine sent the entire Ark to another reality all together (this was confirmed by the AF went they ran a quantum scan on the Ark, reveling that like them, it was from another universe) and that the trip killed all the inhabitants, including erasing all active Forerunner that were active during that moment (The only ones left were the ones that were in stasis, mostly the ones that ran ships, which in turn were being waken up to give them up to speed. At first they were confused, mostly after finding out that the AF were in fact the Reclaimers were both organic and artificial beings from another reality, but they accepted them)

The AF begins incorporating their tech with Forerunner tech. The AF also decided that before heading out of the home system, they want to fortify it, making it a true haven for their civilization.

March 2101

The AF scientists, using the Forerunner medical data, were able to upgrade the nanites to the point of not only curing all known diseases, it also stop aging, thus making organic Asurans, humans and quick possibly; with some modifications, aliens, injected with the nanites would live indefinitely.

The AF also discovers how to build Halo rings, which they decide to use them as both as a last resort weapon and as colony.

They also grant all surviving Forerunner A.I.s rights in their society, making them equal to the Asurans. The A.I.s are happy about that the Reclaimers are making them their equals.

August 2101

All the shields in the AF, from the civilian model to military model (including ships, the newly created planetary shield, and one for the entire Ark) are upgraded with both AF and Forerunner tech, the most important upgrade is that the shield protects against the Halo Array.

December 2101

While examining the numerous artifacts in the Ark, an organic Asuran finds an ancient human computer system that was found during the Human-Forerunner War, which was under lock and key, the Asuran was able to mysteriously open it with ease (the computer was set to grant access to a human only). Inside the computer, records of the humans from that time were found; except for the location of Earth, but the real treasure inside was the long lost cure to the Flood. Immediately, the cure was implemented to the nanite system. With the new upgrade, the Flood could not take over any organic Asuran or any other organic being that was injected with the nanites.

January 2102

At the start of a new year, it was decided by the AF that the Ark would be the capital of the Asuran Federation. The AF orders the production of new ships, with new tech, to increase the AF military and exploration power. Also, the AF begins retrofitting all of their ships (both Asuran and Forerunner) with new tech (Forerunner ships with AF tech and vice versa).

September 2102

AF scientists, with the Forerunner data, create a new terraforming process. To try it out, they use it on one of the many inhabitable moons in the system. And to accelerate the process, they combine it with a TDD, along with automated city-ship builders on the surface once the terraforming process was done to begin construction.

November 2102

AF scientists begin trying to combine the Asuran (Hyperspace and Wormhole) and Forerunner (Slipspace) ship engines to create a new single one that is better and more relievable than the two previously mentioned.

January 2103

The AF receives confirmation that the terraforming process is complete. The TDD is dropped and it reveals an Earth-type planet and filled with (nature was not abused) numerous city-ships (both in land and in orbit) and shipyards ready for people to arrive. The experiment is deemed a success and the entire process is called the Genesis Process.

June 2104

The AF scientists finally create a new engine, which leads them to a new dimension, they call it Lightspace. With this new engine, instantaneous travel from one place to another, no matter the distance, is finally achieved, but this is only possible through the use of locking on a stargate's signature. The AF begins upgrading all of their ships with it, even fighters can use it. They can also be used inside the atmosphere of a planet without any problem. The new engine allows AF ships to travel an approximate of 155.05 light-years per hour.

January 2105

On the beginning of the New Year, the AF finally declares that it was time to leave the home system and to start colonizing the stars. With the home system and the Ark completely fortified, all AF ships up to date with tech, and an ever-growing population, the AF begins sending out fleets to colonize new worlds, starting with the nearby systems.

The AF had during their buildup years found about the Mantle of Responsibility or just the Mantle that the Precursors and then Forerunners followed. The AF, while they know that they are not the formal Reclaimers the Forerunners thought about, they decide to uphold it.

The Age of Expansion had begun

2106

An AF colonization fleet arrives at their designated star system and to their shock, they find the remains of a huge station in the system, one that looks like it took a huge beating but the shell looked still intact. The fleet sends a scout team to investigate the station. What they find in it will be the biggest boon for the AF.

After a month of investigating, the AF discovers the station is called the Star Forge and that it's primary function is to take energy from a star and convert it to matter, similar to Asgard tech; which allows the station to create from droids to starships. The only sad thing was that the station's databanks were completely blank, leaving only the primary data of how to use the Forge. The other thing that was discovered about the Star Forge was that it was from another dimension after scanning it's quantum signature.

The AF decides to not only fix the Star Forge but add their own technology to the Forge to increase it's potential. High Command gives its approval and the system where the Forge was found is immediately fortified to the teeth.

(The Star Forge comes from Star Wars. The reason the Forge ended up there was because when the Forge was dropping into the star, the star released a burst of energy which hit the Forge and sent the Forge to the AF dimension. One thing that happened to the Forge was that besides having it's databanks erased, it also destroyed the Dark Side influence the station had, thus allowing normal means of using the Forge without a Force User and no risk of corruption.)

September 2108

First contact was made with an alien beings, but unfortunately for the AF it was an alien being that was not good news, the alien beings were the Flood; they were found in a desert planet. The Flood initially attempts to take control of organic asurans, but thanks to human cure, they could not take control of any of the AF forces. After days of fighting and hundreds of casualties, the AF decide to pull out of the planet and beam fifty Mark X bombs to the core of the planet and the AF watched as the planet was completely destroyed.

October 2108

Following the disaster that resulted from the encounter with Flood, the AF had to change several things about their methods. The first thing they realized that if they actually encountered the Flood in this universe, then there was a huge possibility that the events that happened to the Forerunners may have occurred in their current universe as well.

New directives were given to all exploration fleets:

1. Should you encounter any Flood lifeforms, Protocol Oblivion shall be put in to effect, all AF military forces are to use any means necessary to contain and destroy any Flood lifeforms. Should any sentient lifeforms be in the same area and/or planet of infection, they are to be rescued.

2. Should you encounter any Forerunner installation, you are to establish control of it, and if they are present, destroy any Flood lifeforms inside. If the installation cannot be saved, permission to destroy it is granted.

3. Should you encounter any sentient species, you are to establish diplomatic relations and should they turned out hostile, AF forces are cleared to engage.

Not only the new directives were placed but the AF also decides that in their military, they need not only ships but soldiers on the ground as well. So the AF puts into effect a law that makes it compulsory for every member of the AF to enter the military at the age of 18 or after finishing basic education. The stay in the military is for 5 years, after that the person can leave or continue on serving.

Also, an AF scientist decides to do something interesting and looks into fiction archives to build weapons. He decides to create the armor from a game called Section 8. While High Command does not reject the proposal, they tell him that he needs to build a working prototype and after that they will decide.

December 2108

While over the skies of one of the AF’s newly colonized planets, an AF fighter pilot named James Ranger, who was an organic asuran, was on patrol duty when all of a sudden a storm appears out of nowhere and he gets sucked in there, but not before sending out an SOS. After he disappeared, the storm also disappeared.

The AF spend days looking James but nothing could be found, the only thing that could be determine was that the storm was a dimensional rupture. James is written off as MIA.

Forty days later, the storm reappears in the same place it was and out of the storm comes out what can be described from first view as a giant bulky black mech. Immediately, AF forces received a signal from mech and are shocked to discover that piloting the mech is none other than James. It’s also discovered that the mech, which is called Big Neo, is actually sentient.

From here on out, research and development into how to create more mechs or Megadeus as Big Neo called its kind, said.

[What happened here is that James crash landed in the Big O universe and timeline wise, it was during the Event. While moving throughout the city, which was being destroyed by the huge army of Megadeus, a Mega (a Big Fau model) finds him and tries to kill him, but at the last minute one of the Megadeus appeared and not only saved him but also allowed him to pilot it, this was Big Neo (he is a Big O model). James and Big Neo end up fighting for days against the huge army of different mechs, during which Big Neo told James all about his kind, especially the part of choosing James as his Dominus. Just as it seems the team has won against the onslaught, a new Big appears, this one is Big Venus. Big Venus proves to be even more powerful than the army and just as she is about to destroy the team, a rupture appears in front of Big Neo and James decides to risk it and enters it, leading him back to the AF Dimension. Unknown to anyone, the one who opened the rupture was Carl.]

September 2109

The AF scientist is able to finish in creating a similar armor to that of the game. It has all the abilities like in the game, except that they are way better, upgrade with Forerunner and Asuran tech and instead of running on anti-matter, they run on ZPMs.

October 2109

After presenting and holding a test fire for his creations, which surpassed every test, including a 'burn in' in the suit, High Command is pleased with the results and officially make the armor the new standard for the AF army.

March 2113

An AF mining ship encounters a somewhat damaged unknown warship, whose size was that of 1 km long, on its mining run in an asteroid belt. After receiving orders to drag the ship to the nearest space dock, the mining ship, along with three others drag it back to the nearest space dock.

After hours examining the newly discovered warship, the AF is impressed at what they have found about the ship's technology, especially by the fact that the ship runs on two miniature black holes. The ship's computer records were heavily damaged, the only thing they could get of it, besides the ship's blueprints and data, was the ship's apparent class name and its personal name; the Nautilus class ship named the Exton.

High Command decides to not only repair and upgrade the Exton, but to add the Nautilus class ship to their navy, due to its size, firepower and its unique power source, and with future AF upgrades it will be a powerhouse. Construction of new upgraded Nautilus ships begins two weeks later. (_2_)

July 2113

The AF decided to use the Ark's function of creating Halos to instead of creating them, it created Supergates. With this development, each AF system is assigned one Supergate in them, which essentially also serve as beacons for the Lightspace engine. They also create the Halos themselves for orbital colonies; however the weapon function is not available except for a single Halo in each AF system.

The Halo Array was modified so that the range of the weapon was only limited to the star system it was in and that it would not activate any other Halo. Also, since every AF shield protects against the weapon, the weapon would only be used as a last resort in the event of an invasion, killing only the invaders but leaving the AF unharmed.

After years of R & D, the first line of Megadeus are completed and ready for use. While all of them are based on the Big Neo, each one has a different appearance to make each one different from the others. All of them are equipped with the latest AF technology, like a cloak device, energy shields, and better weapons; including a one-time use of a Lightspace Engine in case of emergency. While they could not fly in a planet, the Megadeus are able to fly in space and do Orbital Drop on to a planet.

One interesting fact is that when all of them are brought online for the first time, they are revealed to have sentience, thus each Mega choose it's own pilot or Dominus. Because they are sentient, the AF decides to give equal rights to the Megadeus.

The Star Forge's upgrades are finally completed and the results were beyond expectation. Due to the fact that the new Star Forge bore the combined technology of the different civilizations the AF had access to, the Forge was able to create from the smallest vehicles to a Fortress Class ship in days (minutes if used with a TDF), and Supergates. It could even create the power sources (ZPM's as well) as well. They are even able to create a Megadeus.

Due to the success of the Star Forge, High Command orders more Star Forges be made in key systems across the Federation, later on in new outer colonies to continue to expand faster and produce defenses.

2118

The AF encounters a huge unknown nebula that covers almost what could be estimated, several star systems. The nebula renders any ship or probe from entering it, thus the AF decide to name it the Nebula Rosa.

2120

On an ordinary day in one of the AF planets, in the middle of one of the City-ships that are in the planet, a human size Slipspace rupture appears and deposits two small girls before closing.

After examining the two girls, who reveal that they don't remember anything other than their names are Masane and Shiori. The only weird thing is that they are both wearing an unknown bracelet that gives out a mysterious energy reading but the AF can't seem to identify it, they decide to leave for now. They are turned into hybrids and are adopted by the Lawrence couple as sisters, which they happily accept. (3.)

For years, the AF has wondered if the universe they were in if the Forerunners ever existed, but on this year, they finally had their answered in the form of finding a working Shield World. With the data acquired from it, the AF learned several things. The first being that what happened in the original universe where the Ark came from, the same happened in the current universe, except for the fact that in this universe the Forerunner did not build a third Ark. The second thing they found were the plans on how to build Shield Worlds themselves, which turned out to be fast thanks to the use of the Time Dilation Device, which meant Shield Worlds could be built in days instead of years. The AF also came across the development notes on how to create Promethean Knights. While the process itself seems barbaric, the AF begins looking into ways to build them without the need of sacrificing humans.

After much research and development, the AF managed to create Promethean Knights by just creating the bodies and then transferring new A.I. into them. By the end of the year, thousands of units have been developed and it's been programmed to the Star Forges to create them with ease. All Promethean Knight are upgraded with AF technology and the most important thing is that they are sentient, so they are considered citizens of the AF. They are the heavy units of the AF military.

2140

During a Flood cleanup in a Shield World, the Lawrence sisters are cornered by large mass of Flood lifeforms and their armors were out of order. Just before they were about to die, their bracelets begin acting weird and all of a sudden, both sisters are wearing what would constitute as very revealing dominatrix armors. The two sisters instantly somehow know how to use the armors and take care of the Flood units easily.

Afterwards after debriefing and examining the bracelets as in detail AF scientist could, High Command asks permission to the sisters to try and create more bracelets, or what the sisters now call by maybe instinct, Witchblades.

2165

After years of research and development, AF scientists managed to create a way to mass produce Witchblades and have them be able to be upgraded with several things as time passed, like shields and cloaking. Since the Witchblades could only be used by females, the AF military offered the chance if they want to use them.

Shiori and Masane (who even thought are sisters, began a relationship between them, nobody was against it, not even their best friend Edward Terrance II, the son of Fleet Admiral Terrance); they begin teaching on how to use the Witchblades to new recruits.

2210

During this time, the AF has managed to colonize a total of 1000 worlds, this not even counting the Halo colonies nor the Shield Worlds, each fortified to the teeth against any known threat.

The Megadeus Corps, numbering in the millions, were now the main ground assault for any planet invasion and ground defense. Also, while it was optional at first, every single female in the AF (organic or nanite), now wear Witchblades (they even wear them in public and it's not bothersome).

Also, every member of the AF is trained in military fighting, with a large majority taking a refresher course thought out the years even if they are out of the military.

Also, contact with more Flood lifeforms resulted in more conflicts. Some planets were saved while others were forced to be destroyed due to the huge amount of Flood in the planet.

What the Asuran Federation did not know, was that things were about to become interesting.

Notes:

2. The Nautilus ship comes from the anime series, Nadia, Secret of the Blue Water. The ship is a lost one that got separated from the fleet when they were heading toward Earth. I decide to put this ship because it looks awesome. Don't have any technical data, so for now, AU it.

3. If you're wondering if the Asurans developed things fast, well, remember, they are A.I.s, meaning they can literally put their heads together and research things a lot faster. Also, I would like to point out that I have not decided which series would appear in crossover that the AF has knowledge of them in terms of fiction (ex. Star Wars is known, so if they encounter the Star Wars races, they will know about them). And I am still thinking about to include Mobile Suits into the arsenal but that the fact is that they will added because they know about them from fictional entertainment but with the new tech (energy to matter creator) they have, they decided to build their own versions (if I decided to use this, expect Wing Zero Custom, but his buster rifle will be powerful enough to destroy an entire planet)

4. The two girls come from the Witchblade Anime Universe. In this universe, my OC Carl decides to intervene and saves Shiori from dying. With her alive, she teams up with Masane thought the rest of the series, even leading to a relationship between the two. During the final battle, both Masane and Shiori fought together and sacrificed themselves to win, but thankfully Carl took them both, de-aged them and placed them in the AF Universe.

-This fighter is the upgraded version of the canon F-302 fighter-interceptor.

(I know there a lot more ships, especially in the Forerunner Navy, but those are the ones I know more about and I don't want to get confused. Also, yes, the AF uses Sentinels)

Weapons used by the AF:

1. The armor used by the AF Forces is determined by gender:

a. Male forces use the Section 8 armor, but upgraded with Asuran/Asgard/Forerunner/Ancient or FAAA Tech.

b. Female forces use the Witchblades, but upgrade with Asuran/Asgard/Forerunner/Ancient or FAAA Tech.

2. All weapons that the AF uses are the ones the Forerunners used, but also upgraded.

First Official First Contacts and continuation of timeline:

March 2211

During this month, the AF would make its first contact in the new universe. In one of the planets the AF uses for mining operations, sensors detected a massive energy buildup on the surface. Patrol fleets quickly respond to the area. The energy buildup continues for 10 minutes when all of a sudden, the energy explodes into a light so bright that it even reached all across the star system. When the light died out, sensors picked up tens of millions of new lifeforms on the surface. Taking precaution that this was a first contact, the AF sends a communication signal in every known language they have, even computer binary. After a few minutes, they get a response, but what is shocking that it was in English.

And that was the first contact between the Asuran Federation with the Protoss. After days of talks, it was decided that the two powers would enter into a formal alliance, with the AF helping the Protoss refugees by first giving them a star system for them to settle in an exchange of normal technology between the two. Relations with each other would get better over the years. The Protoss learn about the Mantle from the AF and decide to follow it.

This marks the end of the Age of Expansion, and the start of the Age of Encounters.

Unknown to either side, a small unknown organic being also came with the Protoss and left the planet right after arriving before being detected.

(The Protoss forces that appeared here are AU. In Starcraft 2, during Zeratul's vision, where it showed that the Protoss gathered all their forces for one final stand against the Xel'Naga and their Zerg slaves to protect an archive of knowledge so that future species might have a chance against the Xel'Naga. But in my version, instead of an archive, the High Templars managed to create a massive teleportation array, whose plans were given to them by an unknown being called Carl, that sent them to another dimension. The Protoss that survived no longer have any rivalries between them are finally unified as one. They are led by Zeratul. Also, because the AF was very advanced, they considered them worthy of being possible allies.)

June 2240

An AF expansion fleet enters a new system (four planets, yellow sun, and one gas giant) where upon scanning it; they discovered that the one habitable planet is literally covered in Flood lifeforms. Before activating Protocol Oblivion, the fleet does a more extensive scan of the planet, including the planet's moon, which was literally shattered, but it actually showed that it was shattered because something came out of it. Not only that, but the scan revealed that the planet was from another dimension due to it's quantum signature.

Upon examining the surface of the planet, it’s discovered that the entire planet is covered in Flood except for a single area that is emanating a massive energy signature somewhere in the coast. The fleet sends a small scout ship to the area. Upon reaching it, it’s discovered that the area is a massive dome that is literally keeping the Flood out. Being able to see inside the dome, the scout team is shocked to see not only what appeared to be a Forerunner design city, but said city was surrounded by 10 massive animals, each with a certain number of tails ranging from 1 to 10 tails. It looked like the 10 animals were actually the only thing powering the dome shield. Upon trying to get closer, the ship suddenly gets caught in a tractor beam and pulled inside the dome. The scout party can see that all of the 10 animals are looking at them, as if judging if they are a threat. Upon being forced to land, the scout party decides to see who was outside. They exit their ship and while they see the landing bay is empty, all of a sudden, out of nowhere, a group of humans (who appear to wear a combination of Japanese clothes with Forerunner armor) appear in front of them, who are apparently led by a blond man with some weird eyes. He introduces himself, speaking in Japanese, as Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze Senju, the Nidaime Rikudō Sennin, leader of the Shinobi Nation, the last place on the planet left unaffected by the Flood.

And with that contact with the Shinobi Nation was established. With the help of the AF, the entire population of the SN was move to a Halo colony while one of the other planets in the system was terraformed. Their original planet had to be destroyed due to the being completely overrun by the Flood. With contact established, the SN enter into a formal alliance with the AF as well as the recovering Protoss, who while they know the SN is not that technologically advanced, they have a worthy warrior spirit. The SN already found out about the Mantle and also swore to uphold it.

[The Naruto world here is AU. It changed after the Pain Invasion where Naruto unlocked his Rinnegan due to a being calling himself Carl (Naruto found him interesting), activating his bloodline. Following the events of canon, it also changed when Kabuto summoned more people back from the dead, this included Naruto's parents, old Hokages, Jiraiya and more. Also, during the Turtle Training Arc(?) Naruto after gaining Kurama's chakra, he also came into contact with the Ten Tails Demon (who appeared there thanks to Carl, who was also there), who was a wolf (I know that in canon that is not it's true form, but in this world it is) he then gives him the challenge to control his power, which Naruto manages to pass the challenge thanks to some help from Carl, this makes Naruto into the new Rikudō Sennin, earning both Kurama's and Juubi (Ten Tails) respect.

After going out to fight Obito, he is able to gather the energy of the other beasts and casts Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique, this revives everyone that was good on the battlefield, even those that were under Edo Tensie. The Allied Army, along with those brought back to the death, quickly gather and watch the biggest battle unfold, Madara Uchiha (who was unfortunately brought to life) versus Tobimura Senju; Obito versus Kakashi and finally Naruto versus a bastard version of the Ten Tails infused with Sasuke (he is evil in this). After a long and brutal battle it ended in victory for the Allies. Peace finally came to the world. The Tailed Beasts were freed and gave their respective former containers their summoning contracts, then returning to the summoning world. Meanwhile Naruto finally become Hokage, while finally marrying the loves of his life, Sakura Namikaze, Anko Uzumaki and Shizune Senju.

Peace reign for three years after the war, but all that ended with the appearance of the Flood, who were dormant in the earth. Slowly, but in a deadly way, they started to infect the world. During this crisis, Naruto received the dormant memories of the Rikudō Sennin, revealing that he was not human, but an alien from a species called the Forerunners. He came to this world when he was exiled from his people when he did not agree with the punishment the humans received following the Forerunner-Human War. He discovered chakra and later went on doing all the things he was famous for. When the Flood later came, he, with the help of the Nine Beasts, managed to not only stop the Flood but protected the planet from the Halo Array, though one interesting side effect was that he transported both planet and moon to another dimension, cutting him from his fellow surviving Forerunners. With the memories fully integrated, Naruto was able to lead the survivors from all over the world to where the Sage hid the Forerunner city he came in (ironically enough it was located where the Whirlpool Village was). Naruto also freed Juubi from his moon prison. Using the energies from all the beasts, they created the dome around the Forerunner city. During their stay there, the remaining survivors, approximately a million, most of them Shinobi, decided to set aside old tensions, and start anew. They decided call themselves the Shinobi Nation and elected Naruto as their leader.

The Shinobi Nation was inside the dome city for 7 years, during which the people started to learn about the Forerunners, and learning about their technology, while getting stronger. That all changed with the arrival of the AF.]

September 2272

Inside one of the few AF systems that is used to test out things, is currently being used to test out a new experimental hybrid beacon for both Warp (Protoss) and Lightspace (Asuran) realms, with the help of the seals the SN creates. Representatives from all three factions are there to watch the experiment. Upon activating the beacon, at first everything seemed fine, but then the beacon started to get a huge output of power and it exploded in a huge light show.

Once the light died down, what all three factions saw was incredible. In the space area where the beacon once was, now stood what appeared to be several space colonies of different the designs though most of them looked like hourglasses; a huge amount of ships, a huge amount of what could be described as robots and a very shockingly (and scans confirmed it) Earth's moon. The AF, being the owners of the system, contacted the new arrivals. And once again, this will mark a new stage in the AF and its allies’ history.

After days of talking, and relief efforts for the new arrivals, the newly formed Cosmic Era Nation (CEN) was formed, made up from the new arrivals, all of them putting aside all known grudges and rivalries since they were now stuck in a new universe and needed to band together to survive. The CEN, led by George Allester (Earth Alliance), Uzumi Athha (Orb) and Durandal (ZAFT), enter into formal alliances with the three factions. They also find out about the Mantle and swear to uphold it even with their limited capabilities.

[The new arrivals are from the Gundam Seed Universe, which is AU.

During the battle for Orb, Carl, being invisible, ‘accidentally’ pushed Shinn’s little sister, Mayu down the same cliff that her brother was in, landing on top of him and saving her from death. Also, during the moment where Cagalli’s father was about to give her the photo, Carl influenced the place that a nearby explosion distracted the group and forced Cagalli and her bodyguard into the ship before Cagalli’s father could tell her the truth about her brother.

During the Eternal’s escape from ZAFT however, Athrun and Lacus died. However, just as the Three Ships Alliance met, Carl appeared before the group and brought back to life not only Andrew Wattfeld’s lover but also Nicol. (Carl did this to scare the crap out of them by making them think the Grim Reaper was actually real) Nicol then becomes the pilot of the Justice.

During the Mendel Colony Battle, Kira was able to rescue Flay. This leads to a confrontation between Flay and Cagalli over who should Kira be with. However, Carl intervenes and forces both girls to see each other’s memories, making them understand each other and decide to share Kira (much to the shock of the former) but their relationship flourishes.

However, Rau Le Creuset sends Azrael the data of the N-Jammer Canceller via a secret message during the battle, leading the events of the final battle.

The final battle proceeds exactly like in canon except with some differences. The three extended pilots (after a heavy discussion with Carl in their dreams and healing them) defected to the good guys during the final battle, resulting in them surviving.

Natarle Badgiruel survived but was taken prisoner just like Mu La Flaga by LOGOS. Both of them in their new forced identities started a relationship during the two year peacetime.

During the peacetime, Shinn and Mayu (who in this universe was only a year younger than Shinn) not only joined ZAFT but also started a relationship between the two due to their grief but accept it as true love. The only ones that knew about it were Shinn’s friend Rey, and Mayu’s friends, Lunamaria and her sister Meyrin. To put it quickly, these three only found out about it due to what can be classified as a ‘Hangover Event’. Long story short, the five of them caused so much damage that Carl had to literally intervene (including introducing himself to the group) and erased the people’s memories of the event, Carl could not believe that a group managed to beat the record the Wolf Pack established. (Though he did keep the recording for himself and for the people involve) Upon finding about the relationship, the three kept the secret because they could see the love between them. Also, Rey was cured by Carl and somehow gained Lunamaria and Meyrin as his girlfriends.

Durandal at the beginning was going to go with his Destiny Plan but an intervention from Carl changed this (basically Carl scaring him to be a good guy), so he did not enact the Destiny Plan nor he used Meir.

Carl visited Kira, Flay and Cagalli during the peacetime and told them the truth about Kira and Cagalli’s origins. Both are shocked and disgusted at the revelation but a very good loud argument from Carl and Flay’s own support made them realize that while being twins, that did not matter since they were not raised as siblings and that the genetic work done on Kira makes him not related to Cagalli.

So when the war resumed, the Archangel and its allies actually helped out ZAFT. Stella did not die and later, Mayu decided to share Shinn with her.

In the exact moments after Durandal revealed the existence of LOGOS to the world, two shocking events happened. In the Atlantic Federation, a coup was carried out, lead by none other than a living George Allester (in this reality he was a member of Blue Cosmos but it was only as a cover to provide information to Uzumi) with also a living former Rear Admiral Lewis Halberton. George takes over the political side of the Federation while Halberton takes over the military; during this time with their hidden allies (a large number of people) they arrest and execute all LOGOS members. Along with this coup, another one took place in Orb, this time lead by none other than Uzumi Nara Athha, who was also revealed to be alive. He takes control of Orb back from the LOGOS.

All three of them were brought back from the dead by Carl and taking his advice, during the two years they looked for allies in their respective nations and worked together with Durandal for the right moment to enact their plans. (Though one interesting scenario that happened later was both fathers giving Kira the ‘treat my daughter well or suffer the consequences’ speech. Kira took this to heart very well, especially since both fathers now were in controlled of large militaries.)

Also, when Mu La Flaga and Natarle regain their memories, while it was awkward at first, but after much talking between them and Murrue, Murrue decided to give the threesome relationship a chance, in her words ("If Cagalli Attha and Flay Allster can be together to share Kira, then we have a chance also").

Also, Dearka/Miriallia, Durandal/Gladys, Yzak/Shiho. Auel managed to survive as well and joined the good guys and as a safety measure for him, Carl brought back to life his mother.

It came to an end when during the Battle of Requiem, which all the good guys where in space participating in the battle, that when Lord Djibril fired Requiem for a final time (which caused the cannon to exploded, taking the base with it), the beam was redirected (thanks to Carl) toward the debris belt but what no one knew was that inside the debris belt was an asteroid that had a unique crystal inside of it. Upon the beam touching the crystal, it caused a chain reaction that sent a wave of unknown energy across the entire Earth' space. The energy wave then transported everything that was in space, including the moon as well, into the AF dimension, the reason why is because when they were traveling across time and space, the hybrid beacon called to them. (The crystal is a Forerunner Crystal)]

February 2277

After much research with the help of the AF, CEN scientist managed to create a medical procedure that would turn every single one of their citizens into a new type of human, better than a Coordinator. The people in the CEN after much deliberation decided to take it, thus ending any disputes between Coordinators and Naturals. The CEN now classify themselves as Neotypes.

October 2300

In the middle of the dark space between three AF systems, a massive rupture in the space/time continuum appeared. In a hurry, nearby AF patrol fleets, including some Protoss and CEN fleets that were in the area mobilized to the rupture, among the fleets were also some SN ground forces that were hitching rides when the alert came. 30 minutes after it appeared, a massive explosion erupted from it, blinding everything from across several star systems. When the light down, the rupture was gone, but in its place was something really shocking.

From one side, there appeared to be millions of ships, some barely holding together, ranging from small ships to some really large ships. On the other side was an ever bigger fleet, this fleet had the same design the other fleet did but this ships looked like a corrupt version of them. Among that fleet was a massive ship that could be describe as a fusion of various ships into one and it was almost the same size of a small moon.

Immediately, the AF and its allies cloak themselves and scan the new arrivals. Protoss are the first to finish their scans and say that all the ships that arrived appear to use a different version of warp, but while the fleet that had no corruption had a feeling of serene and light, the other fleet literally reeked of darkness, so much that young Protoss had to shut down their senses.

Then the 'dark' fleet began attacking the 'light' fleet. Seeing as some ships in the light fleet was not able to move were being destroyed, the AF and its allies quickly debate to either intervene or stay still. The decision was made quickly, intervene.

The Allied fleet, which was made of approximately of a thousand ships, then separated into two groups, one to appear in the front of the light fleet to shield them while the other group would go behind the dark fleet and catch them off guard.

The plan went into action. The Allied frontal fleet activated all their shields to maximum and the CEN activated their Neutron Jammers, blinding the dark fleet. The fleet appears right in front of the dark fleet, surprising both fleets, but more shocking was when the Allied Fleet attacked the dark fleet with ease, thought some Allied forces were still destroyed due to the huge amount of enemy numbers. But the dark fleet did not notice the other Allied fleet behind them, who decimated the dark fleet by just beaming bombs inside the ships whose shields were out. The battle went on for three days, during which, more Allied ships arrived to provide relief support to the light fleet. The dark fleet was all but destroyed except for the massive ship, which keep on fighting.

Deciding on no other choice, the Allied fleet, alongside the now identified Imperium fleet, staged a boarding invasion on the Chaos Flagship; mission- To kill Abaddon the Despoiler, leader of the Chaos Forces.

The boarding party was led by the God-Emperor of the Mankind, his wife, who was the God-Empress of the Mankind; the three remaining Imperium Primarchs and thanks to his power (Hiraishin), Naruto appeared alongside with Zeratul. Hours of fighting inside the ship, the leaders were able to reach Abaddon, who was just about to open a new Eye of Terror in the current dimension. Thanks to the combined efforts of all the boarding leaders, Abaddon was killed and his ship was destroyed, ending the threat of Chaos in this dimension.

Days after the battle, the Imperium refugees enter into formal alliance with the four Nations, with the AF helping them set up a new system for them to establish themselves and the Protoss also help them with matters of the Warp, though there was some tension between the Imperium and Protoss but the Royal couple ordered their Imperium subjects to cooperate. The Imperium establishes itself in the new dimension.

Unknown to anyone, during the battle, a lone ship that did not match Imperium, or Chaos records escaped into the void. The only thing that could be seen from the ship was the fact that it was organic.

[The Warhammer 40K here is AU, but it's in the future after the current canon. In this universe on M50, the Tau fell due the might of the Chaos Forces, who tried to somewhat recreate the same event that created Slaanesh. This results in no new Chaos God but instead it attracts the attention of Carl, who decides to see what this new universe has.

Also, long before Carl’s arrival; on M44, the Emperor came across a much hidden essence in the Warp. Concentrating on it with what he could, he found the essence to be an Adepta Sororitas that was being held prisoner by some unknown means. Her name was Jane and for some reason, upon seeing her, the Emperor began to feel something that he had long forgotten he could actually feel; genuine interest in a female. That and he was surprised (and somewhat pleased) that Jane, while she was a Sororitas, instead of viewing him as a father and a god, she was looking at him like a man and an equal.

Jane was also surprised at discovering that the Emperor himself had found her psychic essence and for some reason, she was feeling a weird sensation across her body (spiritually at least), which was both unknown and familiar to her. The two began to talk, with Jane revealing her origins to the Emperor.

She began by telling him that she was actually alive even before the Great Crusade. Apparently, the reason she was able to live this long was because she was not a complete human, she was the only descendent of a human looking species called Sekirei. Her ancestress landed on Earth during the Dark Age of Technology. She was killed during the Fall of Mankind, but not before giving birth to a daughter, who unfortunately did not inherit any of her Sekirei’s abilities, thought her mother did tell her all about her origins, which in turn she passed on to her daughter. The bloodline continued for years until it got to Jane, who one day, her body began to change and then she realized that the old stories about her ancestress were right. For some reason, her Sekirei powers became similar to that of a psyker’s, but were not influenced by the negativity of the Warp. As each day passed, she grew more powerful. She could also hide her powers, making it look to other psykers that she does not have any potential.

She managed to keep her abilities hidden and joined the Crusade itself. When the Heresy began, she stayed with the loyalists. She tried to go and help the Emperor during the Battle for Terra but unfortunately, a lot of Daemons were trying to kill her (somehow they could sense her hiding power), so by the time she was done, the Emperor had fallen.

Time passed after the Heresy and her powers continued to grow, to the point that by M32, she had passed the psyker ranking of Alpha-Plus. She helped the Imperium the best she could from the shadows. One interesting thing was that she became the mentor and mother figure to a group of girls, and her star pupil was none other than a young Alicia Dominica. While she became disappointed that her student and her fellow sisters let themselves follow High Lord Vandire, she felt what she thought was a mother’s pride when she learned that Alicia killed Vandire.

Jane finally was able to talk to Alicia and she asked Jane for forgiveness for what she did, but Jane forgave her, stating that she and her sisters have redeemed themselves. Alicia made a joke to her teacher that if she and her sisters were the Daughters of the Emperor, then Jane was their mother, something that made Jane fill up with happiness. Alicia also told Jane exactly what happened in the Golden Throne, something that Jane swore that she would never tell. Because of that, Jane told Alicia the truth about her origins, which shocked her that her teacher was not only older than the Imperium but she was descendent of a xeno, but she was not angry at her. Just before leaving, Alicia gave Jane something that should the need arise, would allow her to assume control of the Sororitas. Jane took it.

When Jane heard the death of Alicia, she hunted down the traitor who killed her and from the few coherent battlefield reports; the traitor was completely annihilated by a cloaked female that personified a female’s fury along with what they could feel as a mother’s rage.

Jane then passed the following centuries with the Sororitas, using what Alice gave her to help out the Sororitas in times of need. It was taught to all Sororitas who Jane was, and this was kept a secret to the rest of the Imperium. Jane was now the unofficial mother of the Sororitas and leader, even the Abbess Sanctorum follows her orders and advice.

All of it changed on M43 when Jane went to hunt down the traitor Miriael Sabathiel (while she was a traitor, she did not reveal anything about Jane, showing that she at least some light left in her). After years of searching, she finally found her and after a grueling battle, she killed the traitor. However, due to the battle, it left her weak and was immediately captured by an unknown group and placed her in animated suspension for something.

The Emperor shocked at her story and that one of his most devout followers hid this very well from his view but he could see that she was a kind person (and a little voice inside of him telling him that she was beautiful). From that day, whenever the two could get together they did and by M50, they had fallen in love with each other (the Emperor or Adam as he told Jane that was his real name, saw her as an equal; while Jane not only saw the real Emperor but she realized that what was affecting her was her body, telling her that Adam was her Ashikabi) but did not tell the other.

Meanwhile, Carl, realizing the danger that is happening in the universe he was in, decides to intervene. He appears in the tomb of the Primarch Sanguinius of the Blood Angels. Carl revives Sanguinius, telling him that he is the only hope for the Imperium. Just before parting, Carl gives him a device that not only would heal his brothers Roboute of the Ultramarines and Lion of the Dark Angels, but his father as well. However he warns him that the device has two settings for when he uses it to heal the Emperor; one setting will take days for the Emperor to heal and be at full strength, while the second setting would instantly heal the Emperor in a few seconds but this would destroy the Golden Throne, thus leaving the Imperium blind.

Sanguinius, realizing that Carl was right, said thanks to Carl, who he acknowledge before leaving. Sanguinius then quickly exited his Tomb, surprising all his followers (and causing them to faint upon seeing him alive). After rallying his forces as fast as possible, he goes to both the Ultramarines and Dark Angels Legions, reviving their respective Primarchs and marching all Imperium forces they could find toward Holy Terra, which was under attack by Chaos Forces under the 14th Black Crusade.

During the battle Sanguinius managed to get to the Golden Throne and due to the situation, was forced revived his father instantly, which worked but at the cost of destroying the Throne, which literally destroyed the Imperium (NO BEACON = BLINDNESS FOR THE IMPERIUM). Realizing the battle was lost; the Emperor ordered all possible Imperium forces to evacuate the Sol System. Millions of people, out of trillions in the system, were the only ones that were able to escape. Among these were civilians, military personnel and a huge amount of Magos from Mars were able to escape, taking any ships that could get out of the system. But before escaping, the Emperor activated an ancient device that made Sol go supernova, destroying the entire system (and without noticing the C’tan Void Dragon as well)

Following this, the now called Imperium Refugee Fleet, had no choice but to hop to system to system and gather any Imperium survivors since Chaos was on overdrive, not only due to the fact that Terra was destroyed but that the Corpse Emperor was now among the living once more.

During this time, Adam has not been able to get in touch with Jane, the last thing he said to her before he was free from the Throne was that he would find her but the face she made in the end, while she was smiling was one of admitting defeat. This was hunting Adam, the fact that he might not be able to save her.

This changed one day when while in a conference with high ranking Imperium officials, one Inquisitor mentally let it slip about a captured Sororitas that would be use for a ritual. Instantly seeing the mental image of the Sororitas in question, Adam (to the surprise of everyone in the room, including his own sons) grabbed the Inquisitor by the throat and threatens him to tell him everything. When the Inquisitor, even when feeling the full KI of Adam, did not say anything Adam sucked out the Inquisitor’s soul and gain the knowledge he wanted and destroyed its soul in the process. Adam now knew all about the Illuminati, including their plan involving the Ordo Hydra. To say he was pissed was an understatement; he was beyond pissed even more than the time his sons were taken from him. He then mentally orders his Astartes to hunt down and kill all the Illuminati members in the fleet, which he now knows from that Inquisitor’s mind.

Adam, along with volunteers (which was practically all the surviving Sororitas upon learning they were going to rescue Jane, his Primarchs and their respective Chapters, other Space Marine Chapters and other military) venture to the planet where Jane was being held. During battle against the Illuminati (which were using Daemons to fight as well) Adam managed to get to Jane and upon seeing him that he had really come to get her, she finally decides to stop holding back and kisses him.

The Imperium soldiers that survived the battle would later on in life tell how the moment Jane kissed Adam, from her back came out the biggest and most beautiful golden wings they ever seen, heck the wings could be seen from space. To them, the sight they were seeing was that of a god claiming one of his angels. Across the battlefield, after Jane kissed Adam, her words are heard and these forever will mark the birth of the God-Empress of Mankind.

“By my pledge of my soul, my Ashikabi’s order will reign forever.” (Norito)

The bond turned Jane into a psyker of equal standing to Adam, effectively turning her into a goddess. With Jane now free and with new powers, the battle is ended quickly with victory for the Imperium. Upon returning to the Fleet, Adam announces Jane’s existence (but not the xeno part) and effectively declares her his wife and the God-Empress of Mankind. The Fleet rejoices at the news.

Meanwhile, the Chaos Gods are pissed at the birth of a new human god.

More years pass on, and more survivors are gathered from all corners of the Imperium, during which the Fleet endured strong and Jane turned out to be an effective empress alongside her husband. It all changed when the fleet was rescuing survivors from a remote Imperium planet that a massive Chaos fleet warped in. Lead by Abaddon himself, to finally extinguish the Imperium once and for all. The battle was gruesome, with the Refugee warships concentrating on defending the civilian ships. But it came to a stop when just as the Planet Killer was about to fire at the fleet, a severely damaged Barge did a kamikaze run at it, destroying both ships, but it also caused the rupture that lead both fleets to the AF dimension.]

October 2350

On this month, the un-official, publicly known as the Allied Nations, would once again have a new first contact, one that would literally knock their socks off.

An off duty Asuran pilot decided to take his Megadeus, called Big Ryu, out for a spin. The pilot unfortunately was caught in meteor shower that sent his ship drifting for a few days off course into unknown space with him unconscious. Unknown to him, Carl was there and directed his Mega toward where he wanted the pilot to be.

After he regained consciousness, Ryu told him that while he was still able to fly, the Lightspace engine was damaged, so was the long range communication system; all other systems were operational. With no other choice, the pilot decides to enter the nearby star system to see if he can fix Ryu.

Once reaching the star system, to say he (and Ryu) were shell shock by what the scans were telling them was an understatement.

The scans said that the star system was made of four habitable planets and a yellow star. But what surprised the pilot was that the scanner picked up that one of the planets in the system’s Quantum signature was not like the rest of the universe. (Quantum scanning was added to all scanning procedures after the Allied Nations realized that the odds of meeting other universes were high.) The pilot’s guess was that the planet must have somehow travelled from its original reality and arrived in the current universe. Upon further scan and comparison from old records, the out-of-place planet was in fact Earth.

But when he continued to read more of the scans, he discovered two things, one that scared him. The first was that all four planets in the system were filled with lifeforms but said lifeforms were unknown, so the pilot figured that he was now right down smacked in the middle of a first contact situation. But the second thing the scan told him was that there were Flood lifeforms in two planets.

The pilot decided to take a closer look in stealth mode as he entered the system. Upon fully entering the system, he saw people, ranging from normal looking to actual beasts flying around in space without any type suit on fighting against the Flood lifeforms, though there were some vehicles also flying around. Another thing he noticed was that for some reason all the people that were not Flood lifeforms were glowing green. He also received scans that there was also fighting groundside well.

Now normally the pilot would have been freaked out at what he was seeing but when you are allied with Shinobi’s who have talking animals and demons as partners, who also bend the laws of physics, and the Imperium and Protoss’s abilities as well, well it’s not that surprising.

The pilot knew that any encounter with the Flood with Allied forces, Protocol Oblivion is to be activated. Since he could not go back to Allied territory nor communicate with them, his only hope was to help out the best he could with what he had and convince them to help him repair his tech to allow Allied forces to reach the place.

Taking the initiative he decloaked and immediately started to attack the Flood lifeforms, coming to the aid of the natives. Obviously the natives were shocked that an unknown giant robot to just appear out of nowhere but right now the fact that whoever just appeared is helping out with the parasite, they did not care.

After hours of fighting in the planet, he managed to get permission from the natives to enter one of their bases to rest. Immediately he is greeted by a welcoming party, which he could honestly say that he thought he arrived in what appeared to be a Halloween party, and from what the pilot could see and feel, the one leading the party gave out the same aura of leadership and authority that both Emperor Adam and Sage Naruto gave out.

The pilot was introduced to the king of the Ghost Nation, Daniel ‘Danny’ Fenton also know as Danny Phantom. Obviously the pilot is initially shocked to discover that the natives were actually ghosts from an alternate Earth but after everything the AF and its allies have come across, he just shrugged it off as something normal.

After a long discussion of exchanging shocking origins and what to do, the pilot in the end promised in getting help for the GN to deal with the Flood. The ghost technicians were able to repair the Ryu’s long range communication system. Immediately the pilot sent out a Protocol Oblivion with a first contact situation. The Allies got the message and immediately sent a fleet composed of all members of the Allies to help.

According to the distance, it would take the Allies two days to get there at top speed. During that time, the ghosts along with the AF pilot were holding the line. Two days later, the allied fleet managed to arrive in the system.

With the help of the Allies, all Flood lifeforms in the now named Spectral System were destroyed and the GN was grateful for their help. A few days later, the GN enters a formal alliance with the Allied Nations.

[The final civilization in this story is from Danny Phantom. This universe is also AU. To clarify some things, in this reality some events were rearranged. The first thing that happened was that Dani was created before the events of Pariah and TUE, also she was stabilized but as a side effect, she became Danny’s age. She then went to travel across the world, while staying in contact with Danny; as time went by, she started to develop feelings for him, but she was not sure if Danny would answer back those feelings due to her being a clone of him. Also, Danny has become friends with some ghosts that were enemies; the most surprising of those was Ember, who secretly started to have feelings for him.

Unknown to both Ember and Dani, Danny was also starting to have feelings, but for both girls, which confused greatly. Also would like to point out that Danny has access and training with his ice powers.

Now the second thing that changed was that Carl grabbed the future Vlad from the TUE timeline and deposited him back into his young version just before Dan kills present Danny’s family and friends (Clockwork nor those floating eyeballs notice this because Carl could easily block them). Carl tells him that while he cannot prevent the deaths, he can make sure Danny grows up correctly this time. Vlad realizes that he now has a second chance at making things right and prevent what happened in the future to come true.

Upon reaching Danny, who after witnessing his friends and family die in front of him, he killed Dan without mercy with his Ghostly Wail; was starting to feel falling to the dark side. He offers to help him and that he is really sorry for he has done up till now. Vlad then tells him that he is the Vlad from the future, which shocks Danny on how he made it back. Vlad tells him about Carl and his offering of making a better future. He tells Danny he will not make the same mistakes and that he truly wishes to help. Danny of course is skeptical about this but decided to give Vlad a chance, mostly due to prevent Dan from ever returning.

Meanwhile Carl appears before Clockwork and introduces himself, which shocks the time ghost (thought he does not show it). Carl tells him about his plan to make sure Danny grows up right, which Clockwork accepts. Carl leaves, but not before destroying every last eyeball ghost in the Zone, mostly due to the fact that they gave him the creeps.

As time went by, Danny got better. Vlad managed to find Dani and asked for a chance to prove he has changed, mostly he tells her about Danny. While suspicious about Vlad, she decides that taking care of Danny was important. Danny’s ghost friends came by freely to help him, none more so than Ember, who realized that she truly loved Danny but could not find the courage to tell him about her feelings. But unfortunately, Dani found out about Ember’s feelings toward Danny, thus sparking a war between the two for Danny. Their fight for them was so bloody noticeable that everyone, even ghosts who were enemies to Danny, were in a betting pool on who would end up with Danny, even Clockwork entered, who said that for some reason he could not see into the future to find out who would end up with Danny.

It all changed when Pariah Dark awoke from his coffin on his own. He instantly began attacking both the Zone and Earth. Even though they were caught off guard, the ghosts that were against Pariah had to forge an alliance with the humans (the GIW were killed during the initial assault first). At first, humans working with Ghosts seemed like a bad idea, but with Danny leading the alliance, they seemed to work just fine. It all came to an end when Danny, with a large army launched an all-out assault on Pariah. During the battle, Pariah did something unthinkable; he delivered a life-and-death blow to both Dani and Ember, which causes Danny to lose it. He brutally finishes off Pariah, ending the war. Danny was fearful that he could not save neither of the girls, whom he now realized that he loves both of them. But then Carl appeared before him and congratulated him in defeating Pariah. As a reward, he healed both Dani and Ember, who Danny upon seeing them being okay Carl also tells Danny that because he killed Pariah, he is now by the Rights of Conquest the new King of the Ghost Zone. Danny at first skeptical of this, but realizes that he must take responsibility. The ghosts accept his leadership and the humans also accept a peace treaty with the ghosts.

Also, Dani and Ember finally confront Danny about their feelings and tell him that they are willing to share him (Carl talked to both of them). At first Danny is shocked but in the end accepts, the three beginning their new relationship. For some mysterious reason, the only ones that saw this coming in the pool were Vlad and the Box Ghost.

Years pass, and due to the events of the Pariah War, humans and ghosts now live in peace, especially with Danny being a kind king along with his two queens to help. Then the Disasteroid event happened. The humans and Ghosts did the same thing that happened in the finale, but there was just one unintended side-effect, one that not even Clockwork saw coming. When the meteor was passing through the planet, it came into contact with the Forerunner Voi Portal in that Earth, causing a chain reaction that not only fused the Ghost Zone with Earth, turned all humans in the planet into ghosts, but it also teleported the Earth into a new universe. The Void Portal was destroyed because of this, leaving no trace behind of its existence.

Obviously there was a massive panic about what happened but after several days of test and theories they realized that they were an unknown place and had to accept it. They also accepted the fact that the Ghost Zone somehow fused with the Earth and that all beings in the planet are now ghosts. It was decided by the demand of the people that they would unite under one banner, the Ghost Nation with Danny as the rightful ruler.

Decades pass and during that time, the GN discovered how to create their own type of FTL through the use of their own powers. The GN managed to also find a way to terraformed planets to have the same atmosphere as Earth had now. They did the process with the other three planets. There was peace in the system until one day all of a sudden an unknown parasite beings erupted from two of the planets in the system. The GN obviously was caught off guard. In the end, they managed to hold on for two weeks against the parasite until the arrival of the AF Eva pilot did things changed for the better.]

December 2399

By this time, while some technology was keep to each nation (ex. Megadeus, Gundams, Warp weapons, Shinobi genetics, psykers, ecto-tech), other technology was freely exchanged. Among the techs that was shared among the allied nations was Lightspace (this includes the Stargates, also while the Protoss still use warp (their version) the Imperium uses Lightspace, and the GN use their own portals, they also use Lightspace along with Stargates), cloaking, shields (especially the Halo one) and more importantly, medical technology. In other words, all citizens (including ghosts, thank god for adaptable nanites) among the allied nations were now with nanites, basically they would live indefinitely. Another that was shared freely was the technology for Witchblades, which resulted very popular for females, at least humanoid looking females.

All six nations have stabilized themselves with a good economy; a high population and a stable military. There were some small xeno conflicts but these were handle quickly.

January 5, 2400

It was on the beginning of the new century that the Age of Encounters would end, leading to what every survivor of the Allies would later on call as the Age of Conflict.

That day started out like every other day, when all of a sudden, all organic beings in the Allies started to suffer from a mind attack. It took the combined effort of Emperor Adam, Empress Jane, and Sage Naruto to prevent the mind attack from actually killing anybody. But this mental attack was only a diversion from the real attack. In a similar way that Pearl Harbor was attacked, an unknown enemy launched simultaneous attacks on all outer planets that the Allies had. Obviously the Allies were caught off guard and this resulted and a gruesome battle to defend all those planets. At the end of the day, the unknown enemy retreated, leaving devastation behind.

All the Allied leaders held a reunion to discuss what happened. It was during this meeting that the enemy leader revealed himself, through a psychic connection; to the Allies. The Allies were shocked to discover the enemy was none other than the deadly and dangerous Primordial, the supposed last Precursor and controller of the Flood. The Allies of course knew of him thanks to records the Didact left behind, so it was a great shock to find out he was alive. Apparently, while the reversal timelock did kill him, the Primordial left a small cell of itself in an isolated place just in case. So he patiently waited for years to build up his forces to reclaim the galaxy, but gave him a real power boast was the fact that somehow, to the horror of the Allies, he was found by a Zerg lifeform and a Tyranid ship. So long story short, Primordial managed to take control of those two races and fused with the Flood, creating something more diabolical and dangerous. The only good news about this is that the Flood cure still worked.

The Primordial declared war on the Allies, stating that when they fall, the rest of the galaxy and the universe will also fall. Just before going he says that his new race is now known as something that for the love of the Gods nobody could pronounce right. So in the end, the Allies decided to call them Biohazard.

The Oblivion War had begun.

2400 to 2405

At the beginning of the war, the Allies were literally losing, mostly due to the fact that they were fighting against an enemy that was both old and new. It also did not help that Primordial also had massive psychic powers, which made him and Biohazard nearly unstoppable, not even Clockwork nor Desiree’s powers worked at all thanks to him. Primordial’s most dangerous ability was his Avatar controlling form.

(Basically what Harbinger does with a Collector, he takes over a Biohazard unit and personally participates in the battle)

This went on for the first five years of the war. But this changed thanks to one single event. And this event was centered on Edward Terrance II, the organic son of Fleet Admiral Edward Terrance I.

July 2405

The event started when Edward discovered that Masane and Shiori were trapped behind enemy lines and no rescue could be mounted for them. So Edward defied orders and took off in his own Megadeus, called Big Ed to save them (Unknown to him, he opened a communication line by accident in his rush, which was intercepted by the Allied News Agency. Meaning the entire Allied Nations was watching).

Upon reaching them, he managed to get the two to a Stargate, but he stayed behind to cover for them, during which, the enemy trapped him and teleported him to a planet under their control, meaning no help could reach him, mostly due to the fact that Primordial was blocking the location but he was allowing the communication line mostly to cause morale in the Allies to drop.

Edward fought for hours, even after his Megadeus was destroyed (though Big Ed's memories were recorded into Edward's armor); he continued to fight on the ground with any weapon he could get his hands on. And all of this was being watched by everyone, even by the worry Lawrence sisters.

It came to an end he was confronted by Primordial himself (though he was using an avatar form) and fought against Edward, who fought with all he could, but still, was overwhelmed. Just when Primordial was about to execute Edward, to the horror of the Allies, Primordial in a mocking tone asked him if there were any last words. Edward said that his only regret was not having the courage to confess his feelings to both Shiori and Masane, whom he loved with all his heart. To say this shocks the Allies was an understatement, but not more so then the mentioned women, who while they are together, they always thought of Edward that way as well, but never had the courage to confess.

Just when Edward was about to be executed, the impossible happened and it shocked everyone, especially those of the AF at what happened, Edward somehow ascended. With his new powers, and realizing that since he was the first Ascended in that reality, there were no others to prevent him from using his powers; he was able to destroy Primordial’s current form, which sent a shockwave across all his forces, making them weak, including Primordial himself. Edward then proceeded to destroy the entire enemy force in the planet and then using his new powers, he returned home.

Upon returning, while he was confronted by his father in a disciplinary hearing for disobeying orders but in the end he was let go with a small warning (that and the fact no one in the AF wanted to punish their only Ascended being). His father also told him that he was proud by what he did but then he also told his son about the communication line, shocking him to the core because that meant that everyone saw and heard what he did, including his confession. When he meet with the sisters, they somehow managed to do the impossible and beat him to a pulp, even with him being an Ascended, for what he did, but then they confessed to him that they felt the same way, Edward was happy about this and the three began their new relationship.

(When they informed everyone later on, everyone was happy that they were together. But Edward later learned that his male friends were somewhat pissed at him. When he asked why, he discovered that because of his confession, he set the bar for 'confessing you true love in a romantic way', so their women asked "Why can't you be like that?” This later passed on as a joke.)

So with an Ascended being now with the Allies, the war started to turn in favor of the Allies. Also, Big Ed was rebuilt.

2410

Five years after Edward became an Ascended, during which the Allies actually started to fight back in force, the war finally came to an end.

The war finally ended when the Allies were finally able to track down where Primordial was operating from, which turned out to be in Charum Hakkor, the former capital planet of the First Human Empire.

The final battle was intense, with both sides given their all. It ended when Primordial was finally strike down by the combined might of all the Allied leaders. His death caused a chain reaction that killed the majority of Biohazard forces across space, leaving only few small survivors that went into hiding into the unknown.

The Allies had finally won the Oblivion War, finally ending the Age of Conflict.

While victorious, the damaged caused by the war was devastating. (To put it into perspective, the Oblivion War makes the Human-Covenant War, the wars in Starcraft, and the Horus Heresy look like minor disputes)

One good thing that came out of this war was that it practically united the allied nations. Any tensions or grudges were finally extinguished, the survivors accepting each other (when you’re fighting against an enemy that powerful, you really make friends fast with the one who is suffering right beside you).

Which is why when the proposal to have all six Allied Nations under one galactic government was presented, it was unanimously accepted. And thus, the Lost Systems Alliance or LSA was born. (They agreed on 'lost' because all member nations were literally lost in the space/time continuum).

Then they began to pool their resources to rebuild their destroyed infrastructure, military and bring planets back to life. While each nation would keep their original military for defense, all their military forces would be under one banner. The Ark that the AF used was named the capital of the LSA and was given a new name, the Lost Ark, since said Ark was literally lost in time and space. It was also noted that while scavenging the remains of Charum Hakkor, the LSA found the plans on how to build Unbending filaments or orbital bridges in English, which in turn would be a great boon to the LSA.

A new age, the Age of Restituo had begun. (Restituo- latin for restore)

On a side note, Edward Terrance I retired from his position of Fleet Admiral and gave it to his son. Edward then married Shiori and Masane one year after the war; their wedding was the wedding of the century.

2411 to 2450

The LSA has been working to get back into full strength since the end of war. With complete cooperation among its members, all planets that were rendered lifeless were restored. Years later, after much hard work, the LSA’s military, population and infrastructure were now up to pre-war status (this is mostly due to the use the TDD in some areas). There was also an increase of hybrids among inter-species relationships. While they are in peace, the LSA ever stays vigilant to any threat. The other reason why repair time was also short was thanks due to finding and development of the orbital bridges, which help permanently connect all know LSA worlds. The LSA also made sure to upgrade the orbital bridges by connecting it with the Stargate Network, making it easier to connect the bridges to the many worlds and stations. One particular upgrade that was implemented first was that the orbital bridges were now immune to the Halo Array.

With the LSA now stable, plans to create a star system that would serve as the main hub and capital for the LSA is put into effect. The system would have one planet for each of the members of the LSA and the Lost Ark would be in the middle of it.

2450 to 2460

The process to create the star system took some time to program its construction, but in the end it was finished and so the LSA programmed automated builders to create the entire star system, and to top it off, they enclosed the entire system inside a TDD. So while it was only 10 years in real time, thousands of years passed inside the TDD. When it was lifted, a flourishing star system was there, each planet terraformed to suit each species needs. The Ark was later moved to the center of the system, which acted not only as a star, but also a hub. The system was named the Zero System.

With all things in the LSA territory stabilized, the LSA began to colonize outside their sphere of influence.

The Second Age of Expansion had begun.

2460 to current year (whatever story I decide to write)

The LSA has managed to colonize countless worlds, these including space colonies and artificial worlds that they created. While some worlds belong to a respective nation, the majority are joint-species worlds. Since that time the only threat that the LSA have to deal with are small Biohazard raids, but they are kept under control.

CODEX ENTRY- LOST SYSTEMS ALLIANCE (Made with help from Halo Guy Fan)

LSA- The Lost Systems Alliance is a collection of different yet similar sentient species that exist in the known part of the galaxy. The LSA is the center of galactic government in the known galaxy, and any species that joins the LSA must follow the laws the LSA council creates. There are a total of six species in the LSA. At one time the LSA was once known as the Allied Nations, where they were separate nations that helped in each other times of need, until the arrival of Biohazard, leading to the Oblivion War. The war was won by the allies and in the aftermath, the LSA was born.

GOVERNMENT- The LSA is under the control of a senate made up of senators and representatives from every star system, no matter how small the system is, in the LSA, including Homeworlds. The senate is headed by a councilor made up of one member from each race in the LSA to represent them. They handle the day to day problems the embassies of the different races bring to them and are responsible for protecting said races. The senate/council also holds the power to declare war. A series of checks and balances exists between the senate and the council, which means that the senate can limit the power of the council and override their decisions and vice versa. There are other branches and committees in the LSA that deal with other problems that even the senate/council can't keep up with.

ECONOMY-The LSA economy is not run by a universal money system instead they ask for one-third of LSA member species systems' resources to help building ships and weapons for the military. The LSA have a galactic market where the member species buy or trade goods to each other.

MILITARY AND INTELLIGENCE-The LSA military is one of the strongest military in the galaxy it is run by the highest ranking admirals and leaders. The LSA military, while is made of all LSA member species, each species is known for their specialization, example being that the AF provides the most spaceship support, the Imperium provides the most front line foot soldiers, the SN provides the most stealth operatives, the Protoss specialize in moving troops across the battlefield, CEN specializes in vehicle deployment and finally the GN specialize in behind enemy lines sabotage.
The military and intelligence is run by the War Council, which is led by the strongest person in each of the members of the LSA.
Paradigm handles intelligence-gathering operations as part of their information gathering duties, using resources provided by the LSA they are able to fund and set-up projects to test out new equipment and building stealth ships. Paradigm, while composed of all LSA member species, they are mostly composed of Imperium Inquisitors; Shinobi ANBU, Protoss Dark Templars, along with the other species' black ops, who are handpicked to be operatives who monitor developing situations or undertake covert missions.
