So how long until someone notices that Solitude had lost its Dragon Lieutenant and gained a Dragonborn (and don’t think we missed how Alastair left that little tidbit out—they’d make him more than acting consort then—by Imperial law he’d be regent by right wouldn’t he)? How long until the Inquisition learns it ended up on the reciprocal end of that transaction? Big red and scaly for the win!

Alistair really doesn't want to meet a Jill (a female dragon). They can retroactively erase him from existence (That is the reason they are called Minute-menders - they are tasked with solving time paradoxes and can control time).

WOW! Alistair facing Barbas, Keirine and a Dovah! What a mess for Fiona's son! And if all goes as Keirine want he will end as Tamriel emperor at least temporarily. Maybe he could become a Potentate waiting for Elisif's return of course only if Mede is dead or hindered by illness... If not Mede will get some problems. By the way Cyrodills will have to face a lot of Dovah Sos. They won't laugh...
