That was one of the many things about the series, like so many other things they never went anywhere with Charlie's character it could have been used as a great way to build Jack's character and help him learn to be more accepting of the Tok'ra

So we're ten chapters in, and literally nothing's changed from the SG-1 storyline.
You know the oft-used butterfly-effect in all those time travel stories? This is the exact opposite of that. It beggars belief (and thus, smashes immersion) that literally everything is occurring the same way (to the point where if you removed all the new characters you have the original story with no changes).

The continued showing of Kirk and Spock make me suspect that this whole plotline is a badly edited copy /paste job.

Your entire defense of hardness and strength of tritanium/trinium to steel highlights a common misunderstanding of the nature of steel.

Steel comes in a huge range of alloys and heat treats, each with their own advantages and disadvantages. The hardness typically ranges from 120 for mild steel to 900 for tool steel, on the Brinell scale. That is factor of over 7 from low to high. The yield point of steel, where permanent deformation takes place typically ranges from 210 MPa to 1620 MPa depending of grade and heat treat, a range of almost 8 times. Very specialized alloys can exceed even these values.
That doesn't even begin to discuss toughness which is the ability to withstand shock and impact a much more important requirement for ship hulls.

Your difference between Star Trek and Star Gate is just under 5 times. Which could make them both the same depending upon which grade of steel they are being compared too.

The other mistake most people make is that titanium is stronger than steel. The hardest steel is harder than the best titanium, the best steel is stronger than best titanium. However titanium is much less dense than steel. This means to achieve equal strength while it takes more titanium in cross section area, it takes a lot less in mass. This gives it a superior strength to weight ratio than steel. For components where mass matters, like airplanes, spaceships, race cars etc. it is preferred. So when something is declared 100 times stronger than steel, do they mean straight up or do they actually mean strength to weight ratio, the difference is substantial and very, very misunderstood.

I've had to stop reading or following this - I usually wink at tech inconsistencies, especially if they are in the ballpark of canon or even (when applicable)reality but this has gone off the rails.
The story is saying the probe can tell what happened to the planet to cause the loss of land masses - that it had experienced a series of convulsions - that means the probe can scan through the ground to see what is happening underneath it, and that also means it can scan through the water to see the ground to get under that - following? So why the heck are they surprised by giant monsters in the water?
Further, why do they "loose" Buffy and Xander when they are able to pick up Sam? Remember, being under water isn't the issue because the if the probe can see through it, the ship sure as heck can.
Next, Joyce picks up lifeforms then has to wonder if they are alive - I googled how far Star fleet vessels have, in canon, picked up lifesigns and found that while is inconsistent it is generally measured in light years from the ship. I cannot get my head around this mystery cloaking tentacle monster.
I have other problems with the characters of this story as well, so this isn't the only issue I have, but, to overuse a turn of phrase, this was the straw that broke the camels back for me.
I liked the idea of this story, but the execution is not enjoyable for me. As I have been told before, if I don't like it, don't read it - so I won't. I wish you the best in improving your writing.

Nicely it continues. Good work on merging BSG with SG1. I wonder what's next.

If the only difference is a smaller planet, that would actually have higher gravity (on the surface). Unless you mean the planet is less massive.. in which case.. that's a ridiculous way to say it.

Buffy should apologize at the end actually for not conducting a mind scan after being given permission.

Nope. Nope. Nope. Even a modern (e.g. 2019) computer could keep up.
What you'll notice in the episode is she types for a while and waits for it to respond. It's keeping up with the typing speed but can't handle the commands fast enough. And she wasn't waiting that long even the computer she was using could keep up if she just used better software.
Even if (and this would be bs) Dawnara couldn't keep up with executing the commands she could just log the damn keystrokes and execute the commands as needed. Dawnara would have no problem providing better software. You want to go ahead and say the _keyboard_ can't keep up.. sure that could make sense. Input devices are not designed for that speed.. anything that can go faster (e.g. ai/...) would be using digital input methods instead of keyboards. You want to contradict (you're the author) canon and Sam needed to see the results of what she wrote before continuing? Sure. But this is just lazy. You're doing your regular and trying to make minimal changes and swap things out without making sure they still make sense.

They also have removed their commbadges and I can not identify their location.
Everyone aboard should be wearing commbadges, so all life signs that don't correlate should be them.
You have to assume that everyone is an idiot for this to make sense. If you wanted to go this route you should have (bs but you are the author and canon has done this and worse) said that the virus is interfering with sensors.. BEFORE this happened.
