Hello, thank you for taking interest in my fic. Quite honestly, I had many exciting ideas for it but became busy with college, work, and so on. I still had every intention of finishing it though. Over the years, a couple of things changed. I developed more and more as a writer and realized it's something I wanted to do with my life. So I began writing my own novel and believe me when I say I love how it's shaping up. I wouldn't be exaggerating when I say it might be as exciting and fun to read as the Harry Potter series. Maybe not as successful, but certainly a good read.

I understand how disappointing this must be for someone who just wanted to read a good fanfic. I do apologize and truly want to thank you for following the fic so far. It will always have a special place in my heart as the beginning step in my journey as a writer. In fact, if not for the support and interest you guys have shown, I may not have gone down the path of a writer at all. If it's any consolation, I have used some of the more exciting ideas I had for the fic in my novel and it actually makes more sense and produces the desired effect.

As for the fic itself, I would feel really bad if I didn't give my first writing venture a good go. Also would never be able to live down people asking me why I made a promise in the first chapter if I couldn't keep it. So I say...never say never. Let me see if I can't continue some time in the future. Please consider it on hiatus for now.

This is the time of my life when I'm uncertain about my future, my career, and my book. But I have come to believe in myself and I intend to see it through no matter what (And this time, I mean that). I have nothing more to add except another big "THANK YOU" and a bigger "SORRY". Hopefully, you understand why I had to make this decision and give my book a chance when it comes out. In any case, make every moment of your life count and leave no regrets behind. Good luck, and as a nod to my roots, I have decided to keep part of my pen name from here.
