I dont mind the Dumbledore hating, but for me, it stems from the fact that he left Harry with no training and no direction. If he does that, there is nothing to hate then. So good job i say.

While I love this story as a whole this chapter had two points that bothered the heck out me. 1) isn’t Jasmine’s knee broken? How is she walking? 2) it’s August they won’t freeze to death grouped up especially if they get below the snow line they would make it fine. I think. But really number one, there is no walking or running on a broken knee.

Read the whole thing in the last few hours. brilliant story. i lovvvvve the way you have portrayed everything. Hope you continue when you get the time.

What a dick-sucking mother-fucking bitch you are!

So I just read this story, even knowing it was dropped. I had high expectations based on your language here. Boy, was I disappointed. This was not even a good story.. it basically had no content at all, was full of shaky interactions, flimsy logic and just a mess of clichés.

My best advice for you is to not let a few compliments and follows/favorites go to your head; especially not in fanfiction, where popularity is often more a case of hitting a right note in terms on shipping and tone, rather than actually producing a great product. Writing an original story is much, much harder, and you honestly don't seem at a level where you will be able to attract or keep readers around yet.

It feels like you got too excited at a bit of success and rushed to go make money off of it. And while there isn't technically anything wrong with wanting to profit off of your work, or write something original, it really feels like you took the step too soon. I say this because you deliberately said you would not drop this story at the start, and now broke the few promises you'd made while writing this story, and thus already proven yourself untrustworthy as an author.

It's always shame when a story is abandoned (or placed on hiatus) and this one was just taking off, since a lot of what happened was mostly about setting the stage and introducing the characters (and how they changed compared to canon).
