Personally, I think you have too many stories going. I also think that this story is the most interesting of all the ones you have.

I hate self-insert stories, and your other HP story sounds like a complete self-insert. I also strongly dislike Percy Jackson, so I also have no interest in your Naruto crossover. The Kenshin crossover is also a Fate one, only with a much less interesting character than a competent Harry Potter. The Kakashi Ghoul one doesn't seem like an idea that has much meat to it.

This is the story that I feel like could actually become a large and engaging story, and not just because I prefer the characters involved. HP and Fate both have more to them that could make for an interesting story. Harry brings a lot to the table, when he's actually good at magic. He's more complex than Naruto could be. He's more entertaining than Kenshin whose entire thing is that he has a sword. Kakashi eating people is a funny idea, but only as an idea. In my opinion.

Fate is, in theory, a huge setting that can afford for a lot of interesting adventures for Harry and anyone who he's friends with. Be it Saber, Rin, Shirou, or anyone else. They're certainly more interesting than either Ron or Hermione.

I think that the only thing I have a problem with so far- now that Harry realized his problem and has seemingly corrected it to some extent- is the weird thing with Voldemort. He's barely a little stain on Harry's soul, so the idea that something is taking it over to mess with Harry is just plain annoying. Is it Alaya? The stupid cry baby in the Grail who wants to murder-death-kill everything? It's feels like a boring cliche. One that doesn't really make much sense in this context.

As for the Elder Wand, and the other Hallows, I've been expecting for them to be tied to Harry's soul in such a way that they are basically his Noble Phantasms. And the only reason he hasn't summoned them is because it hasn't even occurred to him to try or that it's a possibility.

Also, I agree with keeping the moral bullshit from OPM and Naruto out of this story. Especially in Naruto, the philosophy is super naive and unrealistic. It doesn't really fit the vibe of either Harry Potter (least of all this version of him) or the Fate universe. Some people simply have to die because the world is better off without them.

Anyway, I'm still shipping Harry/Saber. Harry/Rin could be nice, but not as nice as Harry/Saber. Especially if Harry becomes Saber's Master for both practical (infinite mana says hi) and kinkier reasons.

I don't think Harry/Sakura is even a remote possibility. That girl lives for Shirou. Which is why I'm shipping Shirou/Sakura in this story. Because I'm shipping Harry with best girl. Second-best girl (Rin) is also kind of too good for Shirou. That leaves Sakura, who is also the only one who is particularly desperate to be with him.

Harry/Illya probably wouldn't work given that she's a loli. I imagine that, if she survives, he'd be the closest thing to a real brother she could hope for. Shirou is seriously pretty useless with how fucked in the head he tends to be. The boy means well, but he's thoroughly broken. Whether or not that stops him from being a decent brother is debatable, but I think it's clear that Harry would still beat him in that regard.

Even if Illya survives the Grail War, there's probably still something that needs to be done to keep her from dying. Assuming that's still a thing in this story.

I sort of feel bad for Medea, but she really has some shit negotiating skills. She must have really low charisma. It's a shame. I think she's really attractive. There really needs to be new versions of her in FGO. Medea Lily is kind of shit and super annoying, so I don't count her.

I also personally don't find the thing with Altrouge to be particularly interesting. Mostly because in most fan fiction, she and the other super vampires tend to be super broken to the point of being boring because they can do anything and it's hand waved as "they're super vampires so it totally makes sense".

I do like the idea of the story continuing beyond the Grail War though. There's plenty of things to write about. The whole war only spans a couple weeks anyway, doesn't it? It's sort of a small blip of time where a lot happens.

Personally, with all the talk of True Magic I was sort of hoping that Harry would either replace Rin as Zelretch's apprentice, or join her along with Luvia to be the third active/current apprentice. All the descriptions of Fading really does sound fairly similar/related to some Kaleidoscope-ish stuff.

It would be interesting to read Harry interacting with Zelretch, and also Luvia, but at that point it's mostly because I like overpowered bullshit powers like the Kaleidoscope and I also really like Rin and Luvia. And if Saber is also there with Harry then things are... merrier. Harry attempting to temper Shirou's bullshit (re: Hero of Justice) might also help prevent him from becoming too much like Archer, which can only be a good thing.

Of course, if I were the one writing this story, I'd have shipped Harry/Saber/Rin/Luvia (and maybe Medea is we're truly greedy). That might be a bit much, but it is fan fiction after all. Kaleidoscope Harry with his bad ass girlfriends/wives who eventually take a little trip back home to Harry's world to take a little revenge on the assholes who laid that trap for him at the start sounds good to my ears.

But yeah. I could never find the patience to write my own fan fic. I'm more interesting in reading something I like than writing something that I /would/ like.

Hopefully you start updating more regularly. It's been a couple months since the last one.

Harry/Saber is a must. Shirou/Sakura is the proper pairing for them, unless you like Sakura suffering alone.

I am surprised by how much Harry looks down on muggles. Mocking their knowledge, refering to them as savages...he's acting quite like a proper pure blood, isn't he?

this was going pretty well until you stuck him with that idiot Shiro, why you made him a slave I can't understand. from the description I was hoping that Harry stuck around for a while because of king Arthur and Shiro was an unfortunate side effect. I'd have thought that with your explanation of his soul he'd have figured out an alternative way to create an anchor for his soul that was like a horcrux but not evil. Why did you make Arthur an idiot? she is so stupid she is almost as bad as Shiro... this started out pretty good but I can't understand has its gotten so many favorites. it is fairly well written if not a little confusing at times but the story itself makes no sense to me. the more I read the more I think Harry should just kill himself he is to stupid to live.

Harry is monologuing like a dark lord... and then he actually tried to grab a blade that even if he only knew how it was made it should be obvious it was cursed in one way or another. Harry trusting Dumbledore...
