Guest chapter 30 . 7/31 Finally I managed to find a good 40k curbstomp crossover with RWBY nonetheless. This is probably one of the most decent fics I've ever read in the 40k category |
Axccel chapter 30 . 7/24 I honestly feel the Lord Commissar is the best character so far. He's much more interesting and quite the boss. I like your idea with those Black Shields. And yeah, honestly, a squad of Marines could purge an entire Feudal World. A single Marine could probably purge at least one nation on such a planet. I mean, we read about a few hundred or so Astartes purging freaking Hive Worlds of incredible percentages of their population. So...yeah. |
Axccel chapter 29 . 7/24 Ever notice no one can ever deny the Death Korps? Even in peace, the Korps always wins. And I'm sure that Chaplain is having a hell of a lot of fun with this. That he poured gasoline all over it made that clear. |
Axccel chapter 28 . 7/24 That was a fun asskicking of a chapter! FYI, combi-bolter is a bolter combined with another bolter though is different from a storm bolter. What you described is a type of combi-plasma. The "combi" assumes it is a bolter combined with something else and only applies to bolters. |
Axccel chapter 27 . 7/24 I would have told Ruby that if she doesn't wear it, then she admits she believes Blake is guilty. After all, if she believes Blake is innocent then she would have no fear of wearing it because she would honestly believe she wouldn't have to use it. I would also tell her that if Blake is guilty, and Ruby spares her, then I would hold her responsible for everyone Blake harms or kills after that as though Ruby had done it herself. I have never and still cannot understand why so many people get angry when I say things like that. If you know for a fact what the consequences of sparing someone will be and you spare that person then how in the world are you not guilty of the consequences you knew would happen? |
Axccel chapter 26 . 7/23 Heh, Blake needs a Kriegsman (or a squad) of her own! |
Axccel chapter 25 . 7/23 Lol, somehow a faction hostile to their ship fits right in just fine. |
Axccel chapter 24 . 7/23 What's wrong with saying it's not manly to be a doormat for your girlfriend? It goes against both human instinct and every human culture (even matriarchal ones, hilariously) for men to do that. It's fine for things that are very important to her, but for the most part a man is naturally suited for making his own decisions with his own life. If he's in a relationship, then he needs to take into account how his decisions affect his girlfriend/wife/children/whatever. But just doing whatever she wants requires a man to bottle up his feelings and instinctive drive. Which is, of course, unhealthy and leads to violent outbursts of frustration periodically when it grows too large to contain. Women tend to be natural followers, men tend to be natural leaders. Forcing yourself to go against your nature (unless you personally are one of the exceptions) causes several emotional and mental problems with acting out in anti-social (as in, against people) ways like being a bitch/bastard/asshole, lashing out verbally or physically, neglecting the people in your life, shunning company, etc. Currently, Hansel's relationship with Ruby isn't nearly at such a level, but he does need to learn that just because she is all pouty or something doesn't mean he should give in or eventually he'll feel like a caged rat. |
Axccel chapter 23 . 7/23 Ugh, damn brainwashing re-socializing blueberries. They're like cockroaches! |
