49 chapters in now! I said it before but the way you write out character-driven scenes and subplots is really superb. However, I've also been suffering through the fights. I think I only realized, just now, that the reason Shirou has been fighting like Gilgamesh is because he'd forgotten the nuances and souls of his weapons. I hope he'll start being more precise about his options, soon.

The story has been great and quite the read but even now one big plot hole seems to have been largely ignored, Mayuri's accountability for the war and all the resulting casualties. Heck, nobody in the story is asking questions about his continued absence, barely even a mention

Another thing is that for all the beauty of this story, the stubbornness that almost every character in the story is exhibiting just takes away from the it as a whole. Sure they may just be sticking to their beliefs but the lack of any attempts for alternative solutions is juts ridiculous. Feels like the story is being forced down a darker path at the expense of integrity.

I want to like this story more but these points just is beyond my capacity to suspend my disbelief.

just finished binging this story and i absolutely love the story youve written so far, i love crossovers with bleach, and even though the main character is from ANOTHER anime instead of the other way around (Ichigo being another anime's main character) i still love this a lot, cant wait for the next chapter :)))

I have followed this story with great interest ever since you posted the first chapter and i have to say that i absolutely LOVE this. And there is one big reason for that.

Yamamoto. Your portrayal of the ancient Shinigami is something i have not seen in any fic. Even through the eyes of other characters (like with Gin in the previous 2 chapters) he is an unshakeable wall. I have loved his portrayal and he is an evolving character (the story line with Coyote proved this he isnt a single minded idiot like in many fics). Even though i realize he might be in danger now, i hope the presence of the zero squad might be enough to save him.

Another fact that i like is that you develop side characters as well. The Gin POVs are really pleasant and Shinso going “Final” without Gin losing his powers is absolutely bonkers and awesome. GOD KILLING SPEAR BABY

Great chapter, I wonder if Shinso's attack will cause the Quincy faction to retreat. Ywhach has probably just about had his fill of surprises, even if he does understand where Shinso came from, he may still be shocked by the outcome. After all, it would seem like there are dangerous threats that exist outside of his knowledge of the future. Damaging his claim to being Almighty.
