E Pluribus Unum - A Mass Effect story where an Asari flees from Thessia in the year 530 BCE. Facing certain death her damaged ship crashes on Earth where the stranded biotic is received as a goddess by the primitive humans. She takes it upon herself to unify and jump start the young species (and secure her children all the power and prestige they could get by ruling a possible future galactic power).

NOD Effect - A C&C and Mass Effect crossover where the Brotherhood won and with the stolen tech from the defeated Scrin and GDI pushes to colonize other worlds, naturally turning them green.

The Shade Effect - A Forgotten Realms and Mass Effect crossover where Toril's inhabitants were unified under the Netherese Empire and are now expanding into the Mass Effect universe with their fleets of Spelljammers.
