I am an author from Canada who has an interest in stories of adventure, discovery and romance. I love Lord of the Rings, Chronicles of Narnia, Harry Potter, Hunger Games and of course the Halo novels. I also like movies such as Star Wars, Kingdom of Heaven, Marvel movies and even Tangled!. While I don't spend a lot of time with video games I have enjoyed the world of Skyrim a lot as well as the Halo franchise. Basically, any story, regardless of medium, that challenges me to look beyond myself, to strive for something bigger and to believe in the seemingly impossible interests me.

Why do I write?

In this world where there's so much pain, suffering, loneliness and misery there's a need for stories that cause us to hope and to believe despite everything around us that says give up. Its my desire to write these types of stories. So while the genre may be historic, fantasy or otherwise my stories will always challenge us to seek after the heroic ideal that lies within and believe in something better. From this ideal I hope it causes us to move into the reality of the world around us, let our lights shine, and make it a better place.

My latest novel Halo: Wolf Legacy is now complete, finishing the trilogy revolving around Spartan-B312, the Lone Wolf, Mike Nantz that started back in 2013. It's hard to believe it and has been quite the ride for me! While happy to have finished this I'm sad in some ways since the characters have become so much a part of my life. I've enjoyed writing the series and sharing it with all of you. Thank you so much to all who read and supported this story.

What's next for me? I'm not sure at this point as far as Fan Fiction goes. In the near term I will be looking to publish some commercial writing with several projects in the works. When released I will share information here for those who may be interested. I'm sure though I'll be back to FF at some point in the future and who knows, maybe I'll write about the Wolf Pack!

Sorry for being silent for over a year. I took time off to do some other writing but then a bunch of things came up and nothing really got off the ground. Thank you to those readers who've encouraged me to finish my Halo trilogy. I'm happy to report that I've been preparing and starting the story blocking for it. So keep checking this winter as I hope to launch. I appreciate your continued interest and patience!

I want to apologize to the readers of Halo: Wolf Pack for the recent reduced rate of posting. When I released the story my goal was to post a new chapter every two weeks. As you know the past month that hasn't happened. Unfortunately I've gotten busy with work and several other non-writing related things which has impacted my productivity. I trust things will clear up in the next couple of weeks and I can get back on track. I'm sorry for any frustration this may cause to those who are enjoying the story. I am pleased to announce that a sequel to my popular story Halo: Noble Wolf is in the works. I have been writing for over a month now and plan on launching the story the beginning of February at latest. My commitment is then to release a new chapter at minimum every other week. I appreciate all the notes and encouragement to do this over the past year and appreciate your patience as I struggled to work through some distractions to get back to writing. I'm very excited about the new story and I hope you will be too. Thank you all for your support.

January 1/15 Happy New Year everyone! Thanks for all the interest in my story Halo: Noble Wolf. I appreciated the support and encouragement from everyone, the response was pretty overwhelming. I'm on a bit of a writing hiatus right now but will be looking for my next project in the next little while. I've had encouragement to do a sequel but we'll have to see what I feel led to. Until then, keep dreaming big!

My newest story, Halo: Noble Wolf has just been released. In the same tradition as Battle Los Angeles: Legacies this is a story of the challenges of moving beyond the past and the limitations of legacy under the pressure of war. My intention is to post one chapter a week.

The story of Noble Six of Halo Reach fame comes alive as we meet the man behind the visor. Spartan B-312 is Mike Nantz, a man trying to live out a family legacy and live down his lone wolf reputation. When he’s assigned to Noble Team he sees an opportunity for redemption. But his interactions with the team and Natalia Misriah, the headstrong, wealthy daughter of a UNSC munitions supplier are only made more complex when the Covenant attack Reach. Find out what really happens to Noble Six and how he came to be who he is in this story.
