![]() Author has written 26 stories for Haven, Mentalist, Rizzoli & Isles, Castle, Harry Potter, Avengers, Bones, Supergirl, and Lucifer. I am just a dude who lives in a podunk town located in a podunk country. But I love to read. It's more of an addiction for me since I can't concentrate on anything else fully until I have finished reading a story. Fanfiction has been part of my life since 2007 ever since the lovely J K stopped supplying us with her gems. Naturally Harry Potter is one of my favorite categories to read or write about since I kinda know the books almost inside out by now. The MCU though, is a close contender. Hence why I try to cross them over so much. I like reading longer stories with meaningful characters and attentive plot details. The more spelling and grammar checks done the better. I don't like what I like to call Spectator Stories. This is where an OC or even an actual character is written into the narrative of the canon story only for them to have no impact at all in the story. All he/she is doing is spectating the Canon event and not affecting. I am a huge advocate of The Butterfly Effect and I believe that introducing something foreign into Canon no matter how insignificant should have major impact down the line in the story. If you introduce a new character into a story then I don't want to read the same shit happening through the entire story with your new character not affecting the story at all, just spectating Canon. Another gripe I have with lazy writers is the idea of switching character roles only for the dialogue to remain exactly the same. I remember reading a Star Wars: A Phantom Menace story once where it was Obi-Wan that went down to Mos Espa with Padme and yet everything he says is exactly in sync with everything Qui-Gon says. WTF. Don't do that! Feels like I'm whining too much but it needs to be said. Anyways while you're here I hope you enjoy my stories. |
