![]() Author has written 12 stories for Pokémon, Naruto, Harry Potter, Warcraft, One Piece, Elder Scroll series, Campione!/カンピオーネ!, God of War, and Game of Thrones. Introduction How's it going folks? Names Umodin (pronounced You-Mod-In), though you can call me Rick if you're so inclined. I'm not all too bothered. Details? Well, i'm a pretty short dude, standing at 5'6, with brown hair and blue eyes. I'm 25 years old and live in Los Angeles. A general introvert, but fairly open. I'll happily chat with you if you send me a PM, so long as it's more than a flame or a "hey." Uh-Hrm, yup that about sums me up. I'm a simple soul. I don't use any other writing source besides Fanfiction. Any work that I write that happens to be a little more mature is in most cases quite a bit more embarrassing than I would have expected, and I don't even bother posting them online. Hobbies are as follows: Reading, Writing, Going on long walks(gotta get those ten thousand steps in), and talking. I talk a lot, and hope to start a solid career in voice-over work. A Pixar film is the dream. Another goal is for me to publish the novel or three later on. I don't think it'll lead to the next Harry Potter or anything crazy like that, but I'd like to think that it'll pay for a few vacations or something. Outside of that, I am a recent graduate that's in the just recently moved across the country for work reasons(Florida - California), which means I have to prioritize my life over this website, as everybody does. So, don't expect a schedule when it comes to my updates. Sometimes there will be quick updates, sometimes there will be slow ones. (For those that message me and ask/demand updates to certain stories, you make me lose my muse. Please stop, it'll happen when it happens.) I'm open for a conversation most of the time. PM me if you wanna talk about anything, though if you message me just to flame me or something along those lines, we're going to have a problem. Update: I've narrowed down the stories I am currently most interested in regarding my list to three. They are as follows: Y'know Nothing Jon Snow!, World of Whatcraft, Zigzag and A Voice in the North. Off of those, I'll occasionally give Lord of the Forest and A Shift of Perspective their due. I still enjoy those stories, but my attention is held more easily by these original three. The rest of my stories, though marked complete, are dead. If you have any interest in using their premises or possibly even adopting them, shoot me a message and we'll talk. I'm not against it, but I like to know what's going on and who's doing what with my work. That aside, I'm going to be deleting most of them, saving only the ones that have higher view-counts or have better writing. And now, I have challenges to offer the daring! For those that have any interest, PM me and we can hash out some thoughts. A Song of Ice and Fire/The Hobbit: The Doom of Valyria was not just an event, it was a title. Upon being shot by the Black Arrow, Smaug's rage knew no bounds, and through an act of ancient and unknown magic, was flung into Planetos, where he then took up residence in the one place worthy of his splendor. (Smaug -is- the Doom of Valyria, and has been holed up in Valyria for three hundred years, content in not moving... until a black fledgling dragon caught his eye, and its mother) (Doesn't have to be a Crossover) Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice and Fire: "Promise me Ned... Promise me." Lyanna had whispered before succumbing to her tiredness, her eyes closing for the last time. Grief and rage struck Eddard Stark, and he knew not what to do with this silver haired, purple eyed boy he'd been handed. (Or, in which Jon Snow was actually born with Rhaegar Targaryen's coloring) (Doesn't have to be a Crossover) Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice and Fire: Stannis worried for Renly for months, the Tyrell siege against Storms End having been hard on the boy. Fever took him after they were forced to feed on dogs, and it was only luck that the boy lived through the ordeal, according to the maester. It was strange though, that Renly had changed so much. And why was he calling him "the Mannis?" (An SI placed into the body of Renly Baratheon in the aftermath of Roberts Rebellion) Game of Thrones/Harry Potter: Robert Baratheon felt that his friendship with Ned Stark was of a brotherly sort, giving him another younger brother to dote upon, and that his relationship with his uncle, Aerion Baratheon, the Lord of Duskendale, often called Harry for short, was what it must have been like to have an older brother. (In which Harry was reborn as Steffon Baratheon's younger brother, black of hair and purple of eye) Naruto: (An SI placed into the body of Haku. I haven't seen one of these, and I genuinely believe it could be a fun concept. As a hint, that thing Haku could do with the mirrors? Imagine it used in a manner similar to what Minato Namikaze's did to Iwa) World of Warcraft: This world was one of ferocious conquest, with nature as his very enemy. Luckily, he was among the apex predators, even if that monster of a drake known as Galakrond greedily stole most of the food. At least hist scales matched the snow that often surrounded the land. (An SI reborn as an albino proto-drake during the time before the Aspects) World of Warcraft: (An SI deposited into the body of their character [preferably Night Elf] during the End Time dungeon. Murozond notices a shift, and takes advantage by hurtling said SI far, far into the past. During the time that the Kal'dorei empire first began) World of Warcraft: Kael'thas had always been alone. Court politics separated him from his father, and his heart was lost too often. This new sibling would hopefully allow him some companionship. (An SI reborn as Kael'thas Sunstriders younger sibling) Fairy Tail: Brain knew Erik to be a quiet one. His time in the Tower of Heaven did much to keep his baser thoughts silent. He just needed time. Brain just didn't think that he'd turn into such a chatterbox after that Dragon Slayer Lacrima had been implanted. (An SI placed into the body of Cobra after his Dragon Slayer Lacrima was implanted) |
