Sir Omega chapter 31 . 7/27 Don't see why Harald's piety would be strange. I mean, it's not even a world that really -believes- that their gods exist - it's a world that -knows- without any reasonable doubt. |
Faolan Benzita chapter 31 . 7/26 "Our enemies fear our swords, let them fear this one's tongue!" hmmmMMmMMMmm... foreshadowing. |
vincent1875 chapter 31 . 7/26 Good chapter. That being said I can't remember how old he is and the lie in the story had me trying to remember for the rest of the chapter. |
Pokemark17 chapter 30 . 7/19 This chapter wasn't bad per say but felt a bit short like it felt more like the start of a chapter rather than a full one |
Yukilumi chapter 30 . 7/19 Read like a poetic "Explorer's Guide to Skyrim." So many landmarks mentioned. It's been a very very long time since I've read about a pious main character. Feels kinda weird. Not bad, just unusual. A brief chapter of mostly exposition. A bit dry (like I've probably told you multiple times - it's just your writing style!), but it's good to feel like the story is progressing. |
vincent1875 chapter 30 . 7/19 Glad to see he's finally in Whiterun. This seems like half a chapter though. Like the chapter ends right before anything good happens. I'm glad that this should be the last traveling chapter for a while though. |
vincent1875 chapter 29 . 7/7 I'm liking the story so far but I'm waiting for him to get in the thick of things. |
Guest chapter 29 . 6/26 Really loving this story. Will be getting some bigger chapters soon? Also did the dragon actually burn away or flesh or what? |
brandonack96 chapter 29 . 6/19 So Harald has his work cut out for him since I have a feeling that the Thalmor will try to "silence" him before he has a chance to reclaim his ancestral birthright. |
brandonack96 chapter 28 . 5/29 So is harald a direct descendant of Talos of Atmora or descended from a distant relative of the Septim Dynasty? |
SeirMaster chapter 27 . 5/5 Very satisfying worldbuilding. A clear improvement from your previous fic. Keep it up ! |
NikolaTheSerb chapter 26 . 1/29 I've started reading this story with the understanding that it would be an improved version of your Harry Potter/Elder Scrolls crossover, "The unforseen variable". But, so far, I see no similarities between the two, other than the name, Harald. So, will you answer, either in an author's note, or in the description of this story, whether it is a crossover, or not, and if the latter is true, will "The unforeseen variable" ever be continued? |
TheFloodofDr.Pepper chapter 27 . 1/24 Good chapter, I like how awakening his soul and becoming a Dov has affected him mentally, showing that Dragonborn are not just mortals with fancy powers but are a Dragon Soul in a mortal body. |
CracktheSkye chapter 25 . 10/30/2019 Our hero, our hero claims a warrior's heart... Oh, this is good. It's always hard to convey a fight scene, but you can really feel the sort of breathless fear here. And that makes it even more impactful when he decides to turn and fight. Wonder if it's his father, Akatosh, or Talos speaking to him... |
MystiYew chapter 25 . 10/30/2019 Hm. Not really sure what to make of this one. |
