![]() Author has written 2 stories for Pokémon, and Dark Souls. Status: Prowling for good SIs. Info: I'm decent when it comes to writing, however, it takes three hours to write 2.5k words and another two for me to edit it. Personally I struggle with overthinking things which makes it hard for me to be satisfied with my own writing. I've written multiple fics already and I can't seem to be able to commit to them all the way. So far I've only published a small amount of them. Additionally I have problems with past tense and present tense. While reading my story, I tend to switch between these two as I believe it would have sounded 'more' correct, before changing them back again the next day. If I aim to improve, I will need your feedback to help me as I continue my search for beta readers. The goal is an improvement in my writing pace and making my paragraphs flow better. Hopefully I'll be able to save more time and remove my clumsiness as I attempt to create a great story. Bio: Male/College Student My Likes: Genres: SI as a OC, Grim Dark, Magic, Fantasy, Adventure, Action, and Drama. Fandoms: Pokemon, Naruto, Dark Souls, Danmachi, Elder Scrolls, DXD, Fallout, Witcher 3, Re:Zero and Fate/Stay Night fanfictions. [Note] - I'm guilty to say that I enjoy slow pace plots. When ever I read fast pace ones I hardly find any done properly. They rush character development, jump logic and natural progression just to get to the OP fights. Dislikes: Genres: Second Person Narrative, Mary Sues, Slash M/M, Gender Bend, Fix-It, Smut, anything sexualizing animals, Romance centered plots, Wuxia, and Shoenen. Fandoms: OC HP fictions, All MHA fictions, Multi-Verse Hopping fictions, 99% of RWBY fictions - (Like really they're worse than the M/M HP fictions when it comes to their originality.) and finally the one I dislike the most is... Mind Slavery Harem wt OP SIs - (Believe me, their is a sh* ton of them out there.) [Note] - I am proud to say I agree with the crowd's typical dislike in genres, well besides for romance. Based off my knowledge for Wuxia and Shoenen fictions I found they are 99% of the time a copy and paste/plagiarism of the hundreds of Chinese story clones out on the market. There is even westerns trying to copy them as they believe that is the correct way to make an engaging story. Don't do that... Anyway out of the whole Asian LN market, I believe the Korean novels are the ones worth your time to read. |
