Yo, great chapter. Nice slight development of all the relations there (Golass and Kenji developing friendship, El Drago constant greed, Kenji's developing Stockholm Syndrome and Perona's further accepting her daddy issues),

Nice to include some leftovers of Moria actions still having an impact, and nice to see the minor but supposedly world wide important (like Giberson) to be used. And he seemed like the drunk, arrogant, kinda annoying character that he gives the impression of in his short canon appearence.

Eh, the torture and concubine doubt was a realistic progression of the MC's actions, still feels weird to cheer the "hmm, should I rape this girl I'm torturing" type of character. The "Evil dad with a daughter of gold" trope you mentioned is used exactly to humanize the type of character that would have that line of thought as it's a realistic emotional weakness to have and humanizes the character.

I think it would be awesome if Moria has the blind fishman and this mystery sniper woman join his crew rather than using their shadows for more mindless Zombie corpses, looks like Moria hit the jackpot though, both of his prisoners are capable of using Haki.

If he doesn't steal from the Straw Hats nest time he meets them, I'll be disappointed. Maybe use the Shadow porting ability he discovered.

This chapter was well written in a sense, I can't complain about that. But it was also completely unnecessary and broke the immersion.
