| AmethystPone chapter 26 . 8/21 Well, if one were to pay attention to the brief glimpses of Neptune's rule. She is actually ridiculously competent (in the 'work smarter, not harder' way). She also tend to go down on the streets of her cities every couple of days to play with the locals and check out the situation, and from Nepgear's observation, the people really love Neptune. So I would say that I can very much see that Neptune is a lot more aware and competent than she let on. She is still lazy after all, just not as most people think. |
