A dragon or phoenix sounds a bit overpowered as a summon, but if those are the most popular according to the poll, maybe having weakened summoning capabilities or maybe even something small like a passive ability similar to what a phoenix or dragon would be interesting.

With 5 int per week that's 210 points over 4 years. OK, if we account for holidays that drops to let's say 150, but with a cap of 1000 he could still end up reaching that too soon at this rate.

OK, one error - when he's checking himself after getting exhausted by using his sonar he shouldn't still have 45/45CP, after a minute it should be 10 (or maybe 11-12 by the time he gets round to looking). From context I'm guessing that's a typo left in by copy/pasting.

In a naruto filler naruto went into a mansion that was really a giant summon to rescue people. I think it was a lizard summon so I vote that, I read one fanfic with them they seem to be a clan similar to samurai that use their tales and tongues to fight as well, and specialize in illusions
