After how Rickard neutralized the Tullys as a power of the could tie themselves together it would create a self sustaining bloc of three realmsfour of the Eyrie would get on board, though that's unlikely. They could give Robert the crown and swear loyalty to him, but nobody in Westeros could challenge their power, wealth and resources.
