Mister LaGuardia chapter 12 . 6/22
I enjoy this story even as I'm greatly confused by it. Batman being totally okay with having a kid with Poison Ivy, letting her raise him, not trying to arrest her, Harry being friends with all the villains can mean one of two things. One, all the villains ARE as bad as Batman makes them out to be and both of Harry's parents are terrible at parenting, and Ivy lets rival gangsters and terrorists attend her kids party. Or two, they're not actually that bad or dangerous, just slightly quirkier criminals and Batmans fixation on "catching them all" makes HIM disturbed and unqualified for parenthood. Either one parent should be raising Harry or the other; this joint custody might work if Ivy would at least distance herself from the more dangerous villians, but if not both of Harry's parents are endangering him.

Why would they use quill and ink in america? From what I remember about the ministry of magic in Fantastic Beasts and How to Find them (the movie) they used alot of typewriters - and that was before computers became commonplace.

I always thought it was just brittain that was behind times. Americans, magical or not, always seem more progressive.

(Not nearly as much as japanese tho. Whom I sincerely doubt even HAVE a stature of securety -magic, tradition and modernity have always been interwoven in japan and still is today- but I expect usa is not AS backwards.

Partly because it's INCREDIBLY unlikely any wizard family there is more than 200 years -4 to 6 generations at most- old. I would say it's impossible, but there's always the occasional Indian shaman and such.)

Anyway. Interesting parentage. I DO hope Harry won't end up following the Canon too closely. He's MUCH too independent to follow Ron like a blind dog and accept his worthless backstabbing "friendship", or try to save a school that has adults who doesn't do their damned job. At least that's what he seems like.

Saving Hermione... unless he's in gryffindor, he proboably won't notice her missing. It might happen, but unlikely. Same with Ginny.

Draco and Hagrid won't put him of Slytherin. He won't meet Dray-Dray until the train this time. The odds of him accidentaly doing the same thing as before on a different date is so microscopical as to be ridiculus.

I could go on... (mostly because it's the one area most authors go OOC on their OWN character...)

You write well thus far, so I have high hopes. _

This will be SO much fun! *Laughs*

Harry's gonna think Neville and maybe Spout is the epithomy of good, and Snape and possibly Flamel the epithomy of Evil. xD
(Cuz, y'know... chopping up plants for potion and alchemy.)

I doubt he'd care one way or the other about Voldemort. Hey! The guy's never hurt a plant in his life!
Who cares about humans? Voldie and Dumbles are about equal in the eyes of a plant activist I imagine. Lol

Interesting story. I love the differences from “canon.” It would be interesting for Bruce, Ivy, and Harry to grow closer as a family.

To the guy that's said some shit about feminists you, seen to have no idea about Ivy's character what so ever, she isnt a feminist she hates anyone who harms nature.

Those in power that harm nature the most, just so happen to be men more often than not. Simple as that.

Thanks for updating. :)
HankSolo chapter 1 . 6/2
I dont think that this would ever go down well for Harry simply due to him being male, which would potentially see to it that Ivy hated him even more than Petunia did. Feminists tend to be morally questionable creatures at the best of times, an anti-male feminist would ruin their childrens lives, be it boy or girl, but with a boy receiving the full brunt of their frustrations. Unless she was a victim of "forced-snuggling" then I guess that she had a kid makes this version of Ivy different. If she was "struggle-snuggled" then shed probably make Petunia seem like an obsessive and loving mother-hen (you would do better to just give him to Joker and Harley).

Oh Lucius, you're kinda dumb. It's entertaining
Harrison chapter 16 . 5/22
I still think the next step is persauding Poison Ivy to join the Justice League. She does now share a common enemy with Batman that no one else there shares...

- Hypocrisy
As the Bat, Bruce breaks laws every time he operates (Destruction of private property, breaking and entering, cybercrimes assault&battery, assault with a deadly weapon, speed limits, fairly sure that the Batmobile isn't road legal either, FAA regulations etc and that's just off the top of my head) and he does so, because he believes he's serving a higher goal.

How is he any different from Ivy and Harry? They too are acting in service to a higher cause. A balanced proper ecology is beneficial to humanity's survival as well.

Hurting people? Fairly sure that some of the mooks that the Bat has beaten up over the years were little more than security guards.

Sure, guarding something illegal. But Ivy and Harry target those who break environmental laws. So again, what's the difference?

The deaths? Setting aside that ricochets and injuries may have cut mooks lives short as well? The various accidental deaths caused by his interference in criminal enterprises, like them not being able to evacuate when their boss blows up a base or simply an allergic reaction to whatever anaesthetic Bruce is using in his gadgets.

There's also his accessory status to any deaths caused by the Joker and his active interference in say a cop shooting the Clown.

So again, where is he getting off lecturing our Green Duo about their actions.

Hell, the Bat has no issues with killing aliens like parademons, yet humans are sacrosanct?

Again, he's a hypocrite.

Also if he tries human lives are more important than plant lives.

I counter with plants that can cure Cancer or HIV/AIDS are more important Joker's continued well being.

Those plants would save lives, whereas the Joker takes them.

Now which is more beneficial to humanity?
