Waiting for next

despite how powerful jai is it came with a heavy price (abuse and neglect) and I always loved that about her. underneath all that strength and skill was an abused little girl and it just make me go "ah my heart". omg her mother, dammit XD why does it feel like there's more mystery surrounding her than before? so many questions about jai's biological parents. also here's an interesting tidbit about kakashi I saw in the boruto anime. he peels oranges slowly. so now I'm just imagining him babysitting a toddler takeru and the poor boy is starving cause kakashi is taking his time peeling grapes and oranges for him XD.

I have several question regard time line and continuity. In the first chapter you stated one month has passed since they left but it doesnt look like it? Then wasnt she supposed to fake her death. Hitomi I meant, why in chapter 2 onve she reach Konoha it all fin3 and dandy for her to just ... brush it off? There also someone else faking their death as well if I read it correctly? Did she just faked her death and go on her seperate way.

In chapter 2 yoh stated that the evmt going to be the next day but them that night they went?

Aaaaah Kakashi! Dx my poor boy! The death of his dad always made me so sad.
Also I had a good laugh with how he just shoved that dango down her throat hahaha. And like always he tends to push ppl away, but I’m sure that’ll change after a while hehe.

So we finally have the flashback chapter. Norio seems more ruthless compared to what i remember before the rewrite
Why does norio resent jai so much? Is it as simple as not wanting her and the responsibility of having to raise a child? If their relationship is still the same as before then norio took care of jai since she was a baby iirc. I guess even that didnt form any sort of attachment between the two. Damn and i was a spree on reading tough guys adopting little girls forming a father daughter bond XD (the last of us)

Norio is not even her real father! Dx I knew some parts of her personality reminded me of someone and then after this chapter I realized it was Sai! I’m glad that we finally get to learn more about how Kakashi and Jai met. And I love their relationship especially with Kakashi’s personality where we get to see his cheesiness and playful nature. and oof Takeru’s father is now on his way to get his son. Aaaah!
