Holy shit, what a great story!

I can't wait to see what kind of stuff Laki can come up with the help make the crew new weapons or armor. A very nice arc, plus Ranma having the Goro Goro Fruit in his ki space could be a huge game-changer down the line. I'm eager to see what happens if/when the Resolve meets Foxy and reaches Water 7.

Awesome story. Love what you've done with the characters, and the ship. I really thought you were leading into keeping the Resolve, after thinking you'd intended to avert the ship issues entirely by having them plan to get a new ship, but now the keel's cracked... It's a roller coaster of will they keep it or won't they. Given they caught it so early and reinforced it I really can't tell which way you're going.

Seeing such fundamental changes as crew composition has been interesting too. Adding a new member is one thing, having Robin join early and Usopp off on his own grand adventure that seems to be about to turn him into a god-damn dinosaur? Awesome. Nami getting some actual character development, slow though it's been, is nice to see, as is at least confronting some of the crew's other gag-issues. Funny in a story, but seriously problematic to actually deal with, so it's nice to see them being worked out. Oh, and the whole Makino thing? Perfection. I love it, though I do hope she takes inspiration from Nami and uses items to keep herself at least in the ballpark as the others, instead of falling behind. Either way, poor Shanks once she finally catches up to him.

Very excited to see when Luffy eats his fancy pineapple, and looking forward to seeing Nami's new weapon, made by someone who in this timeline makes dial weapons. Really liking the sound of the dials added to the Resolve too. I always felt dials were criminally under-utilised.

So I know there a possibility that Marguerite eould be with Luffy/Ranma meaning that she should have an important part in the story. So may I suggest to give her a devil fruit to give her more importance? Oda was even going to give her the Neko Neko no mie model Black Cat before scrapping the idea.

I have mixed feelings about this fic. Most of the fights and training scenes are very well written and thought out, creative world building and storyline (props for the usopp/kuro debacle), power consistency and realistic matchups, and few grammatical errors to boot. On the other hand, the banter, the comedy and the romance -my god the romance- are far from the quality the rest of the story shows. The changed gender jokes lost their fun after the 100th time and I might or might not rip my eyes out if see someone "blush and look away" after something inane or another happens - I'm not keeping count, but it must have happened at least ten times this chapter, right? I get that Ranma is no Don Romeo, but blushing and looking away after a pretty lady stretches? Isn't he on his 30s by now?
Anyhow, nice story you got going; will definitely be reading the rest over the next days. But if you're reading this as you're writing the newest chapter, please consider making poor Ranma blush a little bit less. ;)

I'm kinda interested in seeing if you'll go with the Navarone mini arc, or go straight on into the next big adventure. While it was an anime only filler, it let all the characters shine, and it'd be interesting how things might change, what with Hina and company aboard.

Okay, good chapter. Kind of sad you went this route with Nami, I’m hoping it’s only temporary and she ends up with Luffy and Robin. Aokiji is next possibly or will we get to Water 7 first? I don’t see Raffy putting up with Foxy’s bullshit at all.

Brilliant chapter. I totally agree with you about Nami, but hopefully you can do the same as you did with Akeno and bring her back into the fold after she has matured a bit.

Really looking forward to how you power up our main character, I am curious if there is a devil fruit in the future, though the thought of him eating a cat devil fruit amuses me greatly LOL

Thanks for another excellent and very enjoyable chapter, though I admit I’m starting to hop around quite a few of your stories LOL, I guess if I have ADHD about anything, it’s a reading LOL. I can sit down and read for hours, but I tend to hop around my stories LOL.
