Hi, I am a writer who loves crossover. I also set high expectations for my work. Since writing is essentially a hobby to me, the only reward I can reap from it is reviews. All stories in this website have their quality judged by how much reviews they have. Personally, I always aim to have 1 chapter per 100 reviews. Anything less and I will deem the story sub-par. That’s how I assess my work. A good story compels its reader to review. A bad one doesn’t. Simple. Since we don’t get paid for this, writers want review. It’s like drugs. Once you have ten, you want a hundred. And when you get a hundred, you want a thousand more. Of course, there are good stories that weren’t reviewed well enough and thus the writers were discouraged to continue. I do not expect readers to understand but it is what it is. Take note that I do not blame readers for not reviewing a story. If a story is truly well-written, it should compel the readers to write a review. If you have noticed, my stories are unique in its premise. I choose not to explore ideas that others have done so. What’s the point, actually? To me, a good story has a good punch in it. A good crossover can make readers awe. I have read stories that twisted the lore of the universe in a way that I do not find confusing, but inspiring. Of course, there are more that I couldn't remember right off the bat, but you get my drift. Anyway, I am fairly busy with life nowadays. I only got time to write during the weekends. I don't want to publish rushed work as it will destroy the story entirely. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please note that from time to time, I may publish new stories as an experiment to see if it will gain traction. If they don't, I'll remove it. I want to finish this off by saying this to my readers: Thank you for supporting me all these times. |
