Hermione's Letter Challenge

The idea for this letter came while reading Coven of the Rose by C. Rose.

I would like to put this out to anyone but there are some things that need to be followed.

Rules:

It must begin after Voldemort has been defeated.

It must start two years after Hogwarts.

The letter below must be in the first chapter.

My name and the fact that this is a challenge must be in an AN: at the top of the first chapter.The summary must contain the phrase “Hermione’s Letter”HAVE FUN!!

Things to think of adding:

Bringing the wizarding world out into the open.

Add vampires and werewolves to the mix.

Cross-over with x-men, IE: bringing the Muggle-Born’s out into the open along with Mutants.

You may do other cross-overs if you think of any good ones. The best types I’ve seen are with Stargate and Charmed. Possibly bring in Underworld.

Hermione’s Letter

Dear Muggle-Born Witch or Wizard,

I have been out of school for two years now and still can not get a job. I have the highest marks from my class and it is all for nothing. I am sure you have run into the same problem; the problem of the Pure Bloods running everything. Now that I have finished school I can no longer even enter the stores in Diagon Alley. I am told that it would be better for me if I simply left the world of magic altogether. This seems completely unfair to me. So, as my friends would think, I did a little research.

In the whole world there are approximately 2300 Pure Blood wizards and Witches, most of which are in Europe. There are 5600 Half Blood wizards and witches, and there are 10,000 Muggle-Born wizards and witches. Why then do the Pure Bloods rule our society? We, the Muggle-Born, have been raised learning the equality that Muggles use. We have learned how the Muggle government works to improve the quality of life for its citizens. Why do wizarding governments not do the same? Why is our world so backwards?

This brings me to the point of my letter. It is time for us to change how things are done. Just look at how many of us there are compared to the Pure Bloods. I am also sure that many of the Half Bloods are also very unhappy with their life as it is now. I know that nearly all of you are older that I, but this just makes what I am trying to do more important for you to help with. Look at how your life has turned out. You may be working and/or living in the world of magic but do you enjoy what your life has become. Put down constantly by those Pure Bloods who think they are better than us, shunned just for being you. Do you want the next generation of Muggle-Borns to wind up the same way? I certainly don’t.

I have a plan but I will need help. I can not do this on my own. You all must also want to work towards a better future. I have placed on these papers a charm that will make sure you don’t tell any Pure Bloods or Half Bloods what is happening. If you truly like the way things are you will not be able to tell anyone of those of us who do not. If you are interested in making our would brighter then please join me in the Gringotts Conference Hall #1 on September 15th, showing the Goblins this letter.

I truly hope to see all you there ready to make a difference.

Story Descriptions

Welcome to My Life is a new story that will be mostly centered around the Evens family and it's history. Stuck in an abusive house hold Harry learns of minipulation done by Dumbledore not only on himself but on his Aunt to the point of no return. It is now up to Harry and Petunia to fix their lives and those of their friends as well as to save the wizarding world from Evil and Manipulation, otherwise known as Tom and Albus.

Harry Potter and the Old Mage is a cross over with Forgotten Realms that starts after 5th year. Has a powerful Harry in training and Gods and Goddesses to make things interesting, not to mention new monsters, old friends and unique magic.

Ties of Blood is a Harry Potter fiction. Starting after 4th year it brings in Vampires to the Harry Potter we know and love.

All stories are a bit graphic in different ways. Mostly concerning Violence, Blood, Language. No Sex or Nudity.

Last but not least I have Harry Potter's New Pet. This is a complete one shot story. Done just for fun with a friend of mine it is great for laughs.
