 Author has written 7 stories for Harry Potter. I'm an older man who was introduced to the Harry Potter series by my daughter when the first movie came out. After seeing that movie I started reading the books and found that I enjoyed them (I've always been into Fantasy). After reading all the books and several FanFicts here I was asked by by my granddaughter to write her a Harry Potter story. She knew I had been writing fiction for awhile and had read some of my other stories on line. That request turned into Before Hogwarts, which was my first FanFict to be posted here. 3/16/2010 = The Hogwarts Years - Year 1 first chapter is posted. Follow Harry and Hermione through their first year at Hogwarts, see them find new friends, see them make a fool of several people, watch them have fun (unlike the original book). Will Harry inherit his father's pranking habits? The only way to know is to read this story. 4/14/10 = Added chapter 8 to The Hogwart Years - Year 1. Added poll on what to do about Voldemort's spirit. 4/18/10 = Poll is closed, Harry will attempt to "exorcise" Voldemort from Quirrell, if that doesn't work then its back to cannon. 4/22/10 = Last chapter of Year 1 posted. First chapter of year 2 started in rough draft mode. 4/27/10 = Posted chapter 1 of Year 2. 7/16/10 = Posted chapter 1 of Year 3 7/21/10 = Sent chapter 5 of Year 3 to be edited. 7/22/10 = Posted chapter 5 of year 3 12/1/10 = Finished year 5 and started working on year 6 12/2/10 = Sent first chapter for After Hogwarts to my editor. After Hogwarts will cover the years after Harry's fifth year and into several years later. Harry and Hermione will get married and so will Neville and Susan in this book. 12/6/10 = After Hogwarts chapter 1 posted to site 12/16/10 = All of my books are now available in either ODT, PDF, or EPUB format.
