don't know about plagerism but I've never read on live journal, once upon a time I told an author their fic was similar to a book, a smut novel at that, but I just suggested they do the normal i don't own said novel, except for it being a fanfic, it was like the plot of the book but it seemed unintentional. and once they realized it they changed key story plots. that was a lot and don't think I was scolding you, I like your story, this isn't the first story with a similar plot but it's different enough it would be like saying two fanfictions about Harry ending up in the past and falling for Bellatrix were the same, but whatever I digress
