I think Jake should have gotten a reward for helping a people who hurt his family for a millenium. I hope you will have him a core that will fill up. And how will Harry go to school if the ministry is after him? Shouldn't the OWLs have been issued by now? There is so much more that needs to be answered at this point.

a good story - but 500 pounds a week? Waaayyyyy too much for a room and no food! Even with food, too much. 500 a month would be too much.
I can understand that Jake likes himself and is comfortable within his own skin, but - I think he should look into unlocking the block. He should be worried about who blocked him and why. He could still be himself AND learn a trick or two with magic.

Omg I love Fred and George lmao. I really hope you continue this story. It's great and definitely unique. The whole phoenix trio and the Azkaban angle with how and why the Dementors came to be is very interesting. I love Jake too. It's like Sirius all over again lol.

A delightful story. A bit quirky at times, but quirky's fine. I normally don't favorite a story that isn't finished, but this one's good enough to make an exception for, and it did end on a good stopping point, not a cliffie.

Oooo! That's really evil. In canon though, Voldemort puts people under the Imperius curse instead. It leaves no mark that can be detected, just a glassy-eyed look when they're being controlled.

I would not want that article and my picture in the paper if the Ministry wasn't OK with citizens killing Death Eaters. Law enforcement generally takes a dim view of vigilantes. They like to have a monopoly on violence and tend to prosecute all others who are violent no matter what the cause.
