Author has written 43 stories for Harry Potter. Proud part of the HPFC forum Devoted Harry Potter fan, willing to ship most of the good guys (and potentially some of the bad, as well), but mainly a Harmonian or Lunar Harmonian. Though I won't say no to a good Padma Patil story every now and then. :) An important note about my writing style: You are more than welcome to criticize my writing; however, if I wrote a story a certain way, it's because that's the way that made sense to me at the time. If I don't adequately explain something you aren't fond of, feel free to assume there was an off-screen reason as to why things happened that way. While I like the canon characterizations of many of J.K.'s creations, allowing canon to confine my ideas seems partially against the point of writing fanfiction in the first place. So, if I don't say otherwise, it's probably safe to assume a non-canon universe. A note for all, but especially the authors amongst you: If you ever wish to expand upon or borrow ideas from one of my stories, you are more than welcome to it. Just mention where you got it from in your notes, and link me to it when you're done. I like to read fanfiction as much or more than writing it. If you really like my writing, please take the time to recommend me over on TVTropes. I check over there occasionally, and would love to see one of my stories there. 2-20-2014: An update, for anyone who may actually ever view this page while looking for my writing. Common Sense is Uncommon is getting shifted to "Complete", as my muse for that story has taken flight and doesn't seem likely to return any time soon. As I haven't been inspired by any particular idea recently, I won't say that I'm done writing stories, but I'm getting a lot more enjoyment out of reading the stories of others than I am out of writing my own at the present time. If this changes in the future, I'll let you know here. Thank you for reading, following, favoriting, and reviewing. 4-4-2014: A further update for Common Sense is Uncommon: I've posted what I consider to be the last chapter for that collection, and have the complete series in one massive word document should anyone want a copy (if so, just PM me on here). This probably won't mark my grand return to writing stories more consistently, but it felt good to clear this last outstanding idea from my docket. As always, thank you for reading, following, favoriting, and reviewing. 3-14-2015: After cranking out five all-new stories in February, a few reviews have pointed out that I may have left a few mistakes in some of them. As a result, I'll be going back through all of my stories sometime in the next couple of weeks and giving them a re-read to try and clean up those mistakes. With luck, it might even stir up a desire to write more on some of them, so stay tuned. 8-21-2015: So, that couple of weeks I thought I'd need to clean up and do a little more writing on my stories ended up being about 5 months due to muse boredom/life things. Anyway, I did get a new story written by the end of it, and added a thousand or so words after editing the rest, so it was worth going back and looking. 8-30-2015: Wasn't sure if I was going to get there, but thanks to a bunch of excellent prompts and challenges recently, I've crossed the 50k words on FF dot net mark. I'm not sure if it means I'm actually a good writer, or just persistently prolific, but it's good to finally achieve this milestone. Here's to another 50k in the future! 9-30-2015: I've decided the time is right to try something a little different. I'm beginning a multi-chaptered story with no clear idea as to where it's going, nor how it will end. Hopefully, The Great Hogwarts Hunt will be something I can look back on later and be quite proud of. 2-6-2016: Just wanted to let everyone know that I haven't forgotten The Great Hogwarts Hunt, but I've been having a serious block on how to finish it up. Slow progress has been occurring, but the end is still not in sight. I will finish that story at some point, I just can't say when right now. 2-15-2016: And now, officially, the longest fan-fiction I've ever written is complete. It's about time, too. 10-25-2016: Long time between updates, and the reason is that, current collection aside, I just haven't had much time to write. What I have been able to do is break through the ten-thousand word barrier on All Words Have Meaning, and we're not even one-tenth through the collection prompts-wise. What that means for the final word count is unknown, but don't be surprised if it eventually dwarfs my other works. I intend to see it through to the end, so until you see 100 chapters, it will remain unfinished. 3-28-2020: A creative impulse finally powered me through the next chapter of All Words Have Meaning. While this may not be a many chapters flowing kind of breakthrough, it's good to be back for a bit.
