No; it was an excellent way. Sirius would have wanted to get out & do something. So turning the Trap is what they would have done. Thinking of how few though, as well as no others dying, just not feel right if those few went.

Its a great way to use canon, but show how one thing could send ripples forward.

Hmm story is good really like the romance and of course it changes somehow. But seriously i really don't think some of things would be the same?
It really looks like she fancies Ron.. not in book or movies does she otherwise have done this if she was with Harry how messed up is this romance then as the same things happen.
I got a big face palm at the end that he would do the exact same thing to Hermione as to Ginny breaking up.. wtf! no way that would happen.
Also she been longer with harry then ron and still only kissing? would that be the same until voldie is dead.

I didn't like it.
First you did not really respect your own summary, for a story on trust your characters lied, betrayed and cheated far more than in canon.
Second, nothing change apart from the romance, everything is completly the same, for example Hermione convinced Harry not to use sectumsempra but during the confrontation with Draco, Harry used reducto on him and hurts him anyway : same consequences. So what was the point ?
Third, the relationship between Harry, Hermione and the Weasley is very hard to believe and don't feel real at all.

Great story! I just don’t understand how Hermione could just be friends with Ginny after she put the moves on her boyfriend. The girl is a sleeze. Why was everybody ok with it? I would’ve knocked her out.
