I first got into fanfiction back in high school (2011-2015). I took a hiatus for four years during college to get my degree, and now (2019-present) I'm somewhat back, although I don't plan to be as active as I was back then.

My interest in HP fanfic generally extends to minor characters, especially in the context of DH-era Hogwarts and the immediate post-war era, dealing with the events and ramifications of 1997-1998. Most of what I write will fall into this category. Pre-hiatus I participated in a lot of challenges, competitions, exchanges, etc., but at this point in time I'm really only writing when my own inspiration strikes! I will not be completing any projects started pre-hiatus, as I've changed a lot since high school as both a person and a writer. I am keeping up all of my old fanfiction, but as everything pre-2015 was written by a minor, don't judge it too harshly. My post-hiatus work is objectively better-written, and that's where I would recommend starting. 'forty-eight hours' is my masterpiece, the fic I am most proud of, but please heed the content warnings.
