It's nice that you provide credit for your references, but unfortunately, the annotations are kinda distracting when full-size. (Though superscript is either a pain to do, or impossible in this site, so I can't really complain.)

Anyway, I haven't read enough to give a full review, but so far it's pretty entertaining. Though if I were to give some criticism, your references either need to be integrated a little better, or just less obvious. Even in a crackfic. (Unless the reference is to a meme in the various properties you are making the crackfic ON. Then obvious and unsubtle references are actually preferable.)

Well, lets see. Luna has DIO's stand abilities plus conjuring steamrollers. 'Mione's power's name is something I distinctly remember Alucard from Hellsing Ultimate Abridged by TFS saying. Harry's is just Undyne's overworld (Undertale) ability scaled up to quantities rivalling Gilgamesh's Gate of Babylon (F/Z). If Nymphadora's ability is a reference, I don't get it.

quick question, the glowy magical spears of doom harry can summon. are we talking Gilgamesh/shirou from Nasu? or Angel/Fallen from DXD?

the temporal effect also affects objects. we see that in the end of matt smith's first season as the Doctor, when Nestine Rory and the Doctor take the sonic screwdriver each is holding and touch them together (and there is no way to write that without it sounding dirty. believe me i tried), the result was an arc of temporal energy as it was the same screwdriver from two different moments in time. about 2'000 years separate if i am being honest.
