Author has written 3 stories for Sword Art Online/ソードアート・オンライン, Touhou Project, Manhwa/Korean Comics/만화, and Puella Magi Madoka Magica/魔法少女まどか★マギカ. Hi! I'm Kite. I love reading just about all different types of ff (except most types of explicit). I have now published my first story! It's only 2k words atm, but it's there. If it goes well, I might add more to it, or different stories. I'm not sure yet. If you haven't read it, and like Sword Art Online (or don't like SAO, or have never heard of it, maybe you'll like the fic even though you don't like SAO?), then you should try it out. Like I said, it's only 2k words right now, so it won't even take 5 minutes to get through. Doing a quick Touhou thing, that might grow bigger later or something. Dunno. I don't expect PaFK to be longer than 20k words when it's finished though. About KTC, my poor neglected SAO fic... well, I'm still interested, but less interested, I guess? I'm on an Undertale and Katekyo Hitman Reborn high right now. But I'll probably go back to it in a couple months. Been distracted by college and other stuff recently. Been considering just uploading a ton of old stories I've got lying around. Only ~5 or so have more than 10k words, and pretty much all of them are discontinued, but I was thinking I might do it anyway. If you feel like giving input, send me a message or something. The tests in ToG are interesting. It's not all just straight combat; there's challenges, tests of skill, tests of strength... and tests of mind. Han Sung Yu's test is a test of mind, and that makes it more interesting. I can't just write a direct, combat thing like you see in so many shounen-based stories. This isn't Naruto where literally everything can be solved with a fight, including therapy (I'm looking at you, 'therapy no jutsu' from so many fics). You can't rehabilitate people by punching them here. Anyway, I got off track. Han Sung Yu's test is one of the mind. It's psychological. If you're too cautious, too suspicious, you'll never pass it (I'd fail it for this reason T.T). All three of the people in Homura's team are super cautious though. Obviously they're going to pass. If they all failed here, it would... actually be pretty interesting tbh. Homura would never give up, Lutos would never give up, and Aya can't give up, so that means they'd continue traveling up the tower... they'd just be breaking every rule of the Tower to do so. Even so, that's not the story I want to write, so they have to pass this test. It's just figuring out how they'd do it without breaking characterization that's difficult. I guess I'll just think about it and figure it out. Maybe I'll do a side-story where they fail this test? Could be fun. I'll think about it. ...Maybe I should get a blog for this kind of thing. As always, feel free to contact me at any time. See you next time! I think I figured it out. I gave a couple hints during the test, but it's basically Shibisu's method. Lutos had less to go on and was a lot more withdrawn with info than Shibisu was, but yeah. More or less the same. Basically, I'm trying to show that Lutos isn't an idiot. He's very smart, actually. He just makes himself look stupid with his mannerisms, appearance, and combat style. The smart ones usually don't wade into the fights, fists swinging after all, right? This way, people underestimate him. He wasn't always like this though... It's been a while. I recently regained interest! Probably not forever though. We'll see how long this lasts. |
