![]() Author has written 4 stories for Twilight, and Sons of Anarchy. I haven't updated this in forever, I can't believe I started all this so many years ago. The journey has been interesting for sure. I'm a tough cookie to crack, I lost interest in books and reading for that matter sadly at a young age. I had started writing and reading with passion, and then when things in life got a bit stressful, i shied away from it. It was only after finally biting the bullet and trying to figure out what all the craze was that I got hooked on twilight. While I loved the books, I'm afraid i found Edward to be weak. True, his character had a breakthrough of sorts for self growth as the story moved forward, however, im probably not as forgiving as Bella was. To me, running from love is the most cowardice thing a person can do. Though, to be honest, Twilight was not my first nor will it be my last love. Truth be told I am one of the nerdiest girls you will ever meet, if you take the chance to get to know me. I'm an avid star wars fan, I love sci-fi. I to this day still play good ol fashioned pnp role play (not to mention i rp else where too *snickers*). DND anyone? I love anything that makes you think. It amazes me when authors get so deep into their creation that the reasoning that they give to their work is so inticately laced with reality that it becomes a plausibility. My story the ancient has these ties. It is these ties that bring in my love of marvel and many of the comics I read and love and have loved since I was little. Two of my favorite characters (female) are Dr. Gene Grey and Dr. Pamela Isley. As far as Pam's character goes, there is much truth based in her back story. I love science in general as well as psychology. How people in general work as well as the world around us and the things that might or might not be but are evident in some way in the people who hold them true intrigues me. Now, I haven't studied anything significant with literature. In fact, English was always one of my less fair studies. I excelled at anything I put my mind to in the arts and science. Classic romance novels do not appeal to me unfortunately. Neither does anything close to Harlequin. I am no stranger to the fact that not everything has a happy ending but If I have the time to write and do, then I assure you that my tales will include a H.E.A. If not for any other reason, than to offer an escape from reality. A good story should take a hold of you, capture you in its entirety and take you somewhere new. IT should bring you with the characters involved as you journey it's pages. But in the end, it should not leave you feeling bereft, life does that enough in my opinion. In the end, there should be anticipation and/or closure. It should spark the imagination and make you think, and delve into your own creativity. It should make you dream of something special. I am a southern gal, but far from a belle. I have a mouth that would probably make a sailor blush but I hold strongly to my faith hope and love. I can be rather opinionated and strong willed. But, contrary to that I am also polite and well spoken when need be. I'm definitely a lover and not a fighter but I will fight for what I love. I don't read much slash, or femme slash, but I'm open minded to love in any form and if you know me well you'll find I'm quite the advocate for such. I've been blessed to be able to study many things in life, theology, anthropology, chemistry biology ect. But a life is hardly earned on the love of such things. So needless to say I work a rather busy 9-5 routine even if my hours of operation arent nine to five lol Besides that, and those opinions that I take as fully my own, (as I wouldn't and don't like imposing my thoughts on anyone ), I'm a very simple young woman. I'm recently separated and a single mother. After finishing my first story, The Ancient, real life knocked and I had to answer so my time is few and far between for me to do anything extracurricular. I work and care for my son mostly and when i have a moment of adult time, I read or write if time permits. As of now, too much time has passed and I doubt that AC will be finished. However I am working on other ventures as surely as I can. I've made many connections thru the twilight fandom. Memories that I will carry forever. I have read so many talented works and met amazingly humble people who's creativity inspire me. I've also shared the woes. Thru the ups and downs i'll never forget a moment. It's sad to think that twilight has come to a close with pt2 ending. And with that I will bid you adieu. If you by some chance find me here and read, i hope you enjoy the silliness and the stories below, and if looking for something amazing, there are many things to look to in my favorites. Enjoy and remember reviews are heaven sent, but please no flames. There is a difference between being cruel, and discussion or con.crit. xx P.s. I know there are a few errors with the first few chapters of TA. Honestly I was using word pad, not works, and had no beta nor did I have spell check. It was further down the story that I found a couple people willing to pre-read and BETA for me. Honestly, there are probably a few errors still. Despite three people and a computer program. Lets face it, human error occurs. I apologize if it makes it difficult but until I have the time the story will have to be as is. If you find it in you to stick thru it, i hope you enjoy it. Also, I have heard a bit of backlash for adding a new character to the mix when so many have tiny roles and could be delved into. I added her simply to expand my own creativity and offer something new and singular to my story. I put a lot of effort into her and hope it shows and despite her being new is enjoyed. |
