I love what you did with this Bella. She's a more statuesque, confident, gorgeous individual. I love non-canon stories. It's a shame you never finished it

Bella doesn’t seem like Bella she’s a bit OOC for my taste. You may as well make Jessica Stanley your main character. I just don’t see Bella making random conversation with a stranger on a plane or running at Charlie yelling daddy. Nothing wrong with characters like this but this isn’t what people are expecting when they read a Bella Swan story. If you want to make her a stronger character I would let if build realistically with time yes people can change and become more open but it takes time and character development.

I have a hard time believing Bella imprinted on Sam, with her touching and kissing other guys all the time.

Bella is super annoying

This Bella is such a skank.

Do the wolves patrol their territory at all? Seems like they're always with Bella just watching everything she does. Also I get that she and Jacob are best friends, but even best friends wouldn't be that comfortable with each other. I really love the humor though for the most part. Also you mention patrols but you never actually describe that they're patrolling for vampires so it sounds like they're pointlessly patrolling. It's starting to get boring now. Pretty much the same thing over and over. Bella flirts and teases guys, Sam is endlessly jealous, Bella refused to accept Sam, they get intimate, and then the rest of the guys are there to witness all the intimate moments that should be private, making things weird.

Couples do usually like privacy. Bella and Sam's first kiss was a dare, not even a romantic moment. They make our like crazy for fifteen minutes in a very comprising position in front of all the other guys. Sam sees Bella naked the first time cuz she's sick... They only really spent time alone together a handful of times. And nobody else can resist the imprint bond, yet for some reason, Bella pointlessly does with no actual reasons why not to. And then Bella flirts again with guys like a complete slut, letting guys all over her. She can't even go anywhere without being followed by the pack, who all seem to have no lives except for following Bella to witness her interactions with Sam.

And Leah is too weird. She got over Sam too fast.

A little bit too much with the sexual teasing stuff right in front of her dad. Answering a call at the dinner table is also kinda rude. I did enjoy it, but adding in the werewolf and vampire part to the conversation was too much and ruined it immediately.

Bella is 6 feet tall? That's super unattractive...
