Back to the Story: This was one of the better fanfics out there. 'Mostly' logical (lol) with a real story and fleshed out characters. A story that for the most part, adhered to the rules of its own universe.

That fight with Jasper? Hmmm wonder why Jasper didn't use fear or something against Edward in the fight? SMH Its one thing to write for the gifted, but to not use their gift because its inconvenient to your plot is too blatant a manipulation of drama to be ignored. Its like a neon sign over a magician saying, "Its in his sleeves" ... takes away from the 'magic'.

That 'shoulder pain' and fatigue... that was the wolf bite right Bella was getting while she and Garret were fighting the wolves miles away right? I don't think that was Jasper. If so... why did Jasper feel the Shoulder pain but not the fatigue? hmmmm

I have to compliment your writing of Bella's parents that was a very good scene to witness. and thank you Miss Jones for saving the day. Didn't want a case of domestic abuse coming out of nowhere for drama sink. Thank you for keeping it logical.

So Edward said the thought of Bella's suffering alone was enough to make up his mind. You mean to tell me what all that brain power that thought never crossed his mind in 10 years? What an idiot! Bella could have been suffering and screaming her lungs out for the past 10 years and only then the thought would have crossed his mind like oh maybe I made a mistake. what an idiot! this is why I always always always hate reading Edwards perspective on any fanfic it makes no sense the things that run through his morbid mind he is so easily duped by Carlisle in the very beginning that everything that comes after is a mistake. every choice he makes us wrong. Cuz he's trying to live like Carlisle and not as instincts tell him to live or his heart tells him to live or his brain tells him to live He's living how Carlos brain tells him to live and it's all wrong for him!

as I have told you I would call you out when something you wrote start sounding illogical. the wait Edward chose to leave Carlisle and Esme seems very logical and unnecessary. he could have easily told the absolute truth and that would have worked out just fine. It seems completely stupid to take this route. Why would he do it?

Once again... Carlisles perspective dominates and forces Edward to doubt his instincts and judgement. smh.

another great chapter. You're doing a great job with this book. It is turning into one of my favorites. I don't have much to critique and that is a great thing. I spent a lot of time on fanfiction and there are a lot of stories that don't follow a logical path. I'm glad to say I found one of the few that do. and when you step off that logical bath trust me I will let you know. but other than that positive reviews.

okay so let me get this straight within less than a year of human Edward being dead she's already calling this guy Jack her other half? yeah I got to admit that really takes the romance out of this

Once again Carlisle does a mind job on Edward and meeseshim all up. once again he forces his values on to Edward without taking into consideration what Edward values. and that is a problem with people who feel they are morally Superior to everyone else, they just go around pressing their values on to everyone without consideration I'm someone else's own values. Edward has his reasons to Value a life and not be a monster but they weren't good enough for Carlisle so Carlisle pushed more of his ideal on him, forced his reasons upon Edward forced upon him another change that he feels would be better suited for his own morality. And to me that is just as manipulative as anything Aro has ever done.

No matter what story I read I will always blame Carlisle manipulation for the manic depressive life that Edward ended up living. he didn't give Edward a choice. there was only one thing he was going to accept from Edward only one type of behavior. and that is not fair.
