Anony chapter 1 . 7/19 Please come back. Like many others, this is my all-time favorite fanfic. The imagery, the pain in it. It is so vivid. So beautiful. I come back to this story time and again. It has stuck with me like no other. Please don't stay gone forever. This story is magic. |
miawmiaw chapter 30 . 7/10 Oh my , it has been ten years... I hope that you can update this story and tell us how the meet8ng between Edward and Dr. Reyerson fanned out and how will Jake fit into this new life of Bella and Edward. Great Story! Hope there be more updates. |
ScarCharlotte chapter 1 . 6/25 Ten years later... I’m back to reread and explore. No time like the pandemic to fall down the Twihole. Love this story, and like others I dig, I hope you fall down the hole to complete it. Love this story. |
butterflied4life chapter 1 . 6/22 Hi! I just reread this fic (it's my favorite Twilight fic of all time) and remembered it was unfinished! I know this is like...10 years later but hey, it's the Twilight Renaissance, and are you planning to finish it? I hope so! Thanks for sharing your beautiful writing with us. |
Guest chapter 30 . 4/13 Great story; over 5,000 reviews; not finished; ugh... |
Elisabeth123 chapter 30 . 4/3 I adore Jake and am really enjoying this story. Please please finish it soon! |
AraelDranoth chapter 10 . 2/20 A very well written OC. Good job. |
AraelDranoth chapter 8 . 2/20 It took a while but I am starting to really enjoy this story. Thank you so much for not writing in 1st POV. |
Eh Bien chapter 30 . 2/7 This was a really excellent and enjoyable story - as far as it went. Its main fault is that it is unfinished, and after all this time will apparently remain unfinished. Too bad; I'd certainly have read to the end, and I'm sure your other readers would have. You made some fairly significant changes in some of the characters, but backed them up and made them work. It really hangs together; and the Bella of 5 years later was perfect, shattered but determined, and stronger for the ordeal. I also like that you faced the question of Bella being deserted by the whole family, her anger and the impact on the Cullens, which was glossed over completely in the Meyers novel. Finally, your writing style is appealing, a little florid when the scene calls for it, and always colourful and well worded. Thanks for a well done and very entertaining story. |
Eh Bien chapter 1 . 2/4 I started reading this because the unusual title caught my eye, and I'm continuing because of the quality of the writing. The Jake ambiguity was clever, and you have a way with words; plus, the scenario is a bit unusual. Definitely reading further. |
Goldielover chapter 30 . 8/10/2019 Thank you for this. I've enjoyed it. A shame it wasn't finished, but it was obviously pretty close to the end. I suspect there won't be any further updates, considering it has been well over eight years since the last one. |
JD Thorn chapter 12 . 7/23/2019 For a chapter that was hard to write, you did it extremely well. Awesome actually. |
Guest chapter 21 . 7/16/2019 I feel like there’s no reason Bella should still want to be with Edward and he’s done nothing to prove he’s changed or learned or atoned. I can’t understand why they are back together now like nothing happened. Great writing though! |
Guest chapter 17 . 7/16/2019 I can’t help but feel Edward doesn’t deserve Bella back. What does Bella see in Edward still? Or is it just being unable to let go of the love she had for Edward years ago? I think she’s stronger and better off without him. A credit to your writing that it brings out strong feelings and opinions! |
TheEasternWind chapter 11 . 6/25/2019 Listening to Mahler's 5th really enhances the reading experience of this emotional turmoil. |
