NOTE: (Warning, this gets pretty rant-y.) Hey, y'all. This site has become increasingly frustrating for me to use, and I'm not sure why. I've tried on numerous occasions to upload files (most notably for Dragon Nip and 5 Year Privilege, the two I get the most PM's and comments requesting updates for) but it simply won't cooperate. Any time I try, the page reloads (seemingly eternally) and won't go through. I've been experimenting for a while now, but the longer it takes, the more files I've lost. This is because I have 1,363 documents of story ideas, prompts, chapters, and whatever else in my drive. Some of them are untitled or share a name with another document (ugh), but most, if not all, of the content is different. If I don't keep opening/updating the chapters, they get lost in the abyss. It's not pleasant. So what I'm saying is that, not only have I been dealing with the whole uploading debacle, but I've had to rewrite certain chapters a bunch of times. Also factored in is how irregular my uploading can be even without the site being uncooperative. I'm a slow writer, since most of my work is done on a phone, and life gets in the way. The last thing I need are complications. Anyway, I just wanted to say I do have new content for you. I've got new stories, chapters for older stories that you wanted me to continue, and even some ideas that have been put on hold until I get a chance to write them. With that out of the way, I'd like to share the good news: my doc uploader has recently been showing signs of improvement. I'm hoping (knock on wood) that today's the day I'll finally be able to get something up. It might not be as good of quality as I'd've hoped, considering how tired I've become of trying to rewrite any lost work, and some chapters (like the one I'd had ready for Dragon Nip) I still haven't had a chance to look for again since losing in my drive. Chances are, I may have to do rewrites again, but hopefully for the last time. As of the time I'm writing this, it's Jay Baruchel's birthday (that's Hiccup's voice actor, for any who aren't aware). P.S. Whether or not posting actually works out for me today, please feel free to continue sending me ideas for other stories. If I can't get anything up, then it at least gives me something to work on while I wait for the site's cooperation. If I do manage to post, then I'll be able to make up for lost time and ease any possible frustrations you may have developed from my lengthy absence with content that I can be relatively sure you'd find interesting. Hi there! I'm a huge HTTYD fan (except I have yet to read all the books...). I am not a G.M.A.D. member, though I am starting my own, similar-ish organization (PM for information/to join). I don't generally use OC's (since I think it's annoying how perfect they seem, yet would find it hard to establish flaws myself) but I am introducing one to lead my organization. Deiya (pronounced Day-uh) will develop through each story she is in, depending on how y'all react to her. She is described in my image, but has a name close to that of my username. NOTE: She will not be in any relationships with canon characters other than platonic, becaus that's a big no-no in my book. Now without further ado, I'll describe my organization and character to you!

The Elite Rider Department (E.R.D.):

The E.R.D. is an organization that focuses on protecting the dragons and Vikings from disruptions in the timeline, as well as keeping the peace between the now-allied groups. Through the many missions faced, and experience gained, the Elitists are able to protect and provide for each other. War is only called upon in desperate times, with violence only exerted on those who seek havoc. The Elitists, from a time unknown to the Vikings, are all experts at transporting themselves, as well as their dragons and others, using many techniques. Each member is exposed to different methods of understanding their scaled friends, and are allowed to use their preferred method. Members are also given basic knowledge of the main categories to guide them towards their calling.
