  Guest chapter 5 . 6/29 I never really liked it when another night fury is brought in to stories. Even the movie. It takes away some sort of feeling that's there. Hiccup and toothless arent really one of a kind amymore and I feel like that's a big part of the movie. |

| CrystalQueen187 chapter 14 . 4/7/2019 This is quite well written, but the characters really aren't making any sense. Particularly Stoick. In the actual scene in the movie, he does say Hiccup is not his son. However, he stumbles and almost faints intimately after that. He regrets his harsh words imitatedly. Stoick is still mad at Hiccup, but he's horribly shocked once he realizes what he actually just said. The reason he's so mad at Hiccup in the first place is due to two things. Lack of information, and shock. Stoick here wouldn't be as mad because he just watched everything that happened from Hiccup's point of veiw. He'd have the information that he didn't have in the actual scene, not to mention the music and cinematography having an impact. He also wouldn't be in shock. So this Stoick wouldn't agree with what he said in the movie, if he were to watch the film. Especially not when this is the same character who frees Toothless and tells Hiccup he's proud to call him his son after he arrived at the climax. And in that he has much less info than the audience does. I hope this review was helpful. Sorry if it came off as harsh, it's a good story, I jusg thought that one thing was really dumb. |
