I met my husband at Youmacon in 2006 3 my friends and I were dancing at the rave when we opened our circle for a Pizza Cat cosplayer we had seen at several conventions prior, and instead my husband jumped right in! We flirted all night,I forgot his name at one point and when I admitted it he had me guess, I said Scott (it's Pat) Years after the con I was looking at pictures he took that day and it turns out he had a picture of me dressed as the chesire cat version of one of the twins from Ouran High School Host Club with my bff, so we had met before I even realised it! Thank you for sharing this story, this is the first time I've read a fanfiction that brought up wonderful memories as I was reading |
