I'm super excited to be posting fanfiction. While I'd rather write my own original ideas, I love to imagine the little in between scenes and sequels of the awesome stories other talented, amazing people have written. Can't wait to get writing! My Writing: Writing is my passion. Much like an architect building a skyscraper, words are my tools and how well I use them determines how beautiful my building will be. Learning that new adjective, or finding that perfect verb, I celebrate a little victory every time I put my feelings perfectly into words. Language is a dangerous and beautiful thing, but such a fun form of art. Everything from songs and poetry to full course novels, I love writing it all. Fanfictions are my spillover for extra emotions and writing practice. (Big on fluff, be it romantic, friendship, or family. Prepare yourself.) Beyond being something I truly love, I feel God has given me a talent for writing, and I pray I use my writing to glorify Him, first and foremost. I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal savior over 10 years ago. I have seen God do amazing things in my life, and writing is no exception. The ultimate goal is always to point people to the Gospel: "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." -John 3:16. So join me on my writing journey, and help me learn to do what I love and do it well. "Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God." ~ I Corinthians 10:31 My Beliefs: As I mentioned earlier, I accepted Jesus Christ as my savior a long time ago. If you have never done this, I encourage you to accept Him. He has set me free of my sin and given me hope of eternal life with Him in heaven. I believe that Christ is the Son of God. I believe that He died on the cross for the sin of the world and rose again three days later. I believe He's alive today and that one day He's coming back to gather those who have believed in him. I also believe that accepting Him as your Lord and Savior is the one and only way to Heaven. If you have questions or don't understand, I encourage you to find a Bible and start with the book of John. If you disagree with me, I respect your decision and I hope you can enjoy my fanfiction all the same. As a Christian, my personal beliefs will be reflected in my writing. Sex, slash, gender-benders, smut, etc. will not be in my writing. If you like that in fanfiction, I have absolutely nothing against you, you just won't find it here. Please check out my stuff though and let me know what you think. Fandoms: Now on to the fanfiction! Okay, fandoms. Do we really want to go there? This might take a while. Let's just keep this as simple as possible. Books: Lord of the Rings, Artemis Fowl, Harry Potter, Ranger's Apprentice, Percy Jackson (NOT the movies), etc. Movies: Star Wars, Star Trek (yes I'm both, don't judge me lol), Chronicles of Narnia, How To Train Your Dragon, Marvel, Disney, etc. TV Shows: The Flash, Generator Rex, Once Upon a Time, Merlin, etc. There are probably other known and also weird and out there fandoms that may or may not come up in my fanfiction writing, but those are a good starting ground on fanfictions I will write, and also the ones I like to read. Ships: Once again, do we really want to go there? As a proud fangirl, I have a fleet of ships sailing on the horizon. Current OTP would be Hiccup and Astrid (Hiccstrid) from HTTYD, but a close second would be Hook and Emma (Captain Swan) from Once Upon a Time. Most of my ships are canon, the only current exception being Barry and Paddy from The Flash, and no hating, but I'd really like to see Black Widow and Captain America together, but that's just me.
